I actually don’t really care if the Covenant races became allied races even if I would love to be a Kyrian and be my own flying mount, but I made these before the expansion released so… I guess they fit here.

They have near identical lore. Honestly lightforged should’ve just been draenei customisation.
The Shadowlands races are fantastic candidates for allied races. What matters though is that we need to show we want them if they are to happen. That’s pretty much the bottom line for Blizzard. They’re not going to invest in making them allied races if there’s not a substantial market for them.
But, I think that we’re lucky here, and that not only do people want to play them, but they’re also relevant to the current story (unlike Sethrak for instance).
How are Sethrak not relevant?

That’s literally the only think remotely related to Sethrak. If that’s what constitutes relevancy, I can say that because Blanchy is in Revendreth, horses are relevant.

Well, if she herself is not enough relevancy, then good thing several Sethrak npc files were added in one of the builds for Shadowlands.

Venthyr would be amazing, I absolutely love their aesthetic and personality. You could also do a blood mage type of class for them as well.
I would love to play a Kyrian Paladin and a Sylvar Druid. I hope these guys get added as allied races!
I would give anything to be able to play as a Dredger. They’re honestly the best thing this expansion has delivered. Accents, comedic lines, everything is gold, except of course for the WQ where I have to throw them at mean trees so they can poke them with a pickaxe…
