Checked out their website. One of their main criteria for their score is “Amount of Interrupts by a player”
Well screw me being a disc priest huh.

I somehow doubt they score against specs without interrupts.
Parses are spec specific.
1 or 2 is plenty to grant score, as long as it’s an important ability. You knew what to watch for, that’s what matters. Besides, it makes no sense to reward 40 interrupts with a bonanza of execution points while that player is failing all the other utility mechanics. It’s gotta be a spread across everything a spec could do right.
Also because this. Priests can’t interrupt, and that’s an enormously stupid biff on Blizzard’s part, but shouldn’t cause priests to get penalized. Locks have to choose between interrupt or dispel, so they can’t be expected to do both.
They aren’t penalized.
If y’all don’t know how WarcraftLogs or Raider IO works, then I’d suggest doing some research first.
Interesting, because I downloaded it and it’s giving me a grey score under the “Interrupts” line and their website itself says:
“We track all forms of crowd control that prevent enemies from casting dangerous abilities. This includes traditional interrupts, stuns, incapacitates, knockbacks, and other crowd control effects that stop enemy casts.”
So in order to get a better interrupt score, by their logic, I should be in melee range using Psychic Scream to interrupt casts. Their interrupt weight is the same as healing output. Nowhere does it say it is spec specific, only role specific.
edit: found it. Their weights are role specific and they have one line at the end of a paragraph saying you’re only compared to people of your own spec and key.
Well yeah you should be using Psychic Scream. That was a constant thing in DF too.
It does stop channeled casts, the only problem in TWW is that there are very few of them.
So what OP asking for is, after he married, as responsibility, he would measure his d size and calculate average L making time (adultery included), write them down and send a copy to every single neighbor in his block every week…?
Those are basically harassment.
Damage meter and log things are for personal improvement, and already get banned in MMOs such as FF14 just bcs some idiots think higher score means more privileges in the game.
Ppl should consider their team same as their gear, maybe they aren’t bis, they can’t be replaced in a week or two due to objective facts, but it doesn’t mean they are not good combination.
Oh, and you can also check those self proclaimed ATOC-only-1-shot pugs, even if leader ins’t a low ilv parasite, they usually get demolished on 5th boss, rather than doing a smooth full clear.
Tbh skill isn’t main issue in most wipe/disband cases, the problem is if ppl willing to tackle the content with current teammates. So the solution for OP is, find a guild or community. Nice and easy.
Creepy, disgusting, bad comparison aside… WarcraftLogs and RaiderIO aren’t harassment.
Honestly you gotta ignore score itself unless its an outlier and focus on the # of keys someone has done.
If theyre like 2.6k but have a MILLION 7/8s compared to very few 10s, its usually worth a skip. If theyre low IO but have basically skipped straight into 10s, theyre usually an alt of a pretty solid player.
maybe not but why start with this if they weren’t.
That was certainly a direction you chose to take…kinda felt more like shoehorned thing…
Guessing you just reupped your gym sub for…reasons…
Also what you said is pure nonsense. Instead of sending or reviewing your neighbors “logs”…do something else
there are add-ons that tell you people IO
Sure and that’s not just WoW. I’ve heard middle aged guys who were high school basketball stars go to the YMCA for a pickup game then come back talking about how some clown joined their team who didn’t even know how to set a pick.
Or in a company soft ball game they had to play with a guy who didn’t even tag up on a pop fly to deep right.
That’s just the way pick up games are. You get what you get.
PuG does not mean incompetence should be expected or accepted.
It only means there’s no expectation of comms or coordination.
Ultimately, the ability to RMT (either illicitly, or via WoW token) and buy boosts has shattered all variations of pre-warning based skill of a player.
AOTC, KSH, KSC, Rival/Gladiator/Elite, etc all mean nothing if you’ve got a bank account that can supply enough WoW tokens to get those goals.
Most notably if someone’s low gear DPS alt links me an irrelevant alt-achieve (2500 pvp, 2500 m+, aotc, etc) and insists their main is some giga-god, I assume they’ve paid their way for carries and ignore them. “BRUH I’M 47381 IO ON MY MAIN BRUH INV IT’S JUST A +10” -Every 610’ish Enh/Hunter reroll in the milky way.
Past that, you can only use your personal experience with specific servers based on time of day/key/class to make judgements.
All you have to do it look at their IO page for 10 seconds to see if they’re boosted or not. It’s blatantly obvious. This keeps getting brought up on the forums and it’s completely overblown.
I don’t think we should give Blizzard more money just for an ego boost.
That dragon boss lady in DF made us do it in LFR. To the point a group of players would absolutely rage if anyone didn’t stop their little ball explosion from going off. Like profanity and slurs level of rage.
I could game theory all day but I know better than do that here. I was only giving an example that exists in game.
