Exactly. The game doesn’t need, not in any way, shape or form, another Anduin skipping through Orgrimmar leading the little Orc children around singing “It’s a small world afterall…” moment. Not in Quel’thelas, not anywhere.
fine, i get it. no updates everyone can enjoy for silvermoon.
If everyone can can enjoy it you wont; because you’d view it as blood elves being “weaksause”.
i never mentioned high elves even once in my idea for a updated silvermoon, i think this helfer vs belfer / horde vs alliance topic has gone on for so long it’s made you see these things where they never were to begin with.
like i said earlier it comes off as paranoid to me.
i feel angry and insulted you’d project such motivations on me without evidence… so please excuse my temper.
Maybe it’s the past discussion of warfronts where blood elves were portrayed as villians and the high elves as heros of the alliance that were suguested you keep thinking of but i don’t care for or about those.
Good thing nobody wants that right?
You will be saved and you will like it mr!
I’m torn between which is the favored faction. Blizz always focuses on the horde characters for most expansions but then makes alliance their saviors in the last few seconds to steal the show…
Excluding Legion which was basically like…“HERE ARE ALL THESE ALLIANCE CHARACTERS, WHAT IS HORDE”.
Also what ever happened to the whole forsaken “true death”? I remember that being said in cata, is that no longer a thing now with shadowlands and everyone being damned to the maw?
ok then, since my idea is obvoiusly out; how would you go about updating quel’thalas?
It doesn’t involve the alliance or high elves so i don’t want to hear about them.
It also just feels like the alliance helping Blood Elves out yet again with the Sunwell. Considering Alliance just recently almost cause a disaster with the Sunwell I don’t see how a rehashed story of the alliance helping Horde Blood Elves would make any real sense or any good story.
Hmmm…
Alliance teams up with Horde to save iconic Horde city from big bad and are then welcome. Now where, oh where, have I heard that before?
Oh yeah…
Seems like a variation on a theme to me.
It doesn’t benefit anyone other than HE fans who actively want to take part of Quel’thalas’s story.
I need help from the female variety.
Paranoia is a bad look on you.
In other news, water is wet.
'Sup, my friend?
Taking a break from leaving fel marks in Bastion as I level my Illidan cosplayer.
Cool. I need to get Wylee back into Mald to continue on his path to 60, then probably Hiply before Murg…but I’m not sure.
look if you want anything updated these days it needs to be either.
-
A new hub for players relevent to the expansion like org and stormwind was. or
-
A zone with content both factions can enjoy.
Sorry for wanting a updated silvermoon, at least i understand what it would take for that to happen.
Edit: typos.
Wasn’t this just an accident with Alleria? I don’t think blaming the alliance is fair, or even blaming her for that matter since her intentions were pure and she even banished the void creature thing that attacked.
I guess this statement doubles as delusions don’t look good for people either? Which is what your idea is?
I’m not worried (because the whole thing is a stretch) but I am calling a spade a spade.
This was always my problem with the Sunwell’s re-ignition.
It was a cool concept, but I hate how it was delivered by Velen. Just weakened the whole story imo.
It happening in the xpac blood elves were introduced in made it feel kinda rushed too.
Depending on in-game viewpoints could have been sabotage.
I didn’t realize you were on the dev team and knew exactly what was required to have them update ‘anything’.
wow
If you think another Alliance/Horde Kumbaya Moment™ is what it would take for Silvermoon to be overhauled and remade as a vibrant Horde Hub and something BE players can be rightly proud of then damn am I glad you’re not part of the decision making process.
