Continuation of New Customisation Options for: Void Elves, Blood Elves, & misc high elves

While not entirely white, and not specifically a DK set, the Alliance Argent Conscript plate set is mostly white and usable by a DK:

Agreed. Void elves are the ONLY allied race that had an exact copy/paste of a model to the opposite faction.

Yeah, but it’s not edgy enough for a death knight.

Does that guy look like he’d murder a few dozen paladins and beat down Lady Liadrin in a duel in order to make an undead abomination of one of Azeroth’s greatest heroes, a man who dedicated his life to fighting the undead?

Not that I think it matters, but Highmountain would like a word with you.

Careful. You mentioned her name. Someone is going to get aggroed and go on a diatribe about her again.

Sorry to one up you here, but I know one that is:

 what does this mean?

I generally always got along with Midare even when I was advocating for HE things prior to the current compromise which I feel is more than enough and anymore would be wildly unfair in terms of disparity that apparently people can see but many HE fans cannot or will not.

Highmountain Tauren are visibly different from Mulgore Tauren. The only difference between blood elves and void elves is their hair.

Paladin armour.

It’s wearable by DKs though.

And I find the idea that any would offensive.

Horns are the Tauren equivalent of hair though

It means their general take on the topic is known to me, for better or for worse.

You must hate Zeliek.

Highmountain don’t have access to the entire set of regular Tauren fur patterns.

And Blood elves can’t be purple!

Exactly. Blood Elves have less skins than Void Elves. Skin wise, it’s in the AR’s favour, which is a situation unique to Void Elves.

Tauren have hair. It’s split into the Foremane, Hair and Facial Hair categories.

And that’s something blood elves can’t use to differentiate themselves from void elves, which is part of the problem.

why why why didnt the devs just go with the half elf idea. it had so much potential. we could’ve had high elves who were actually half human and half thalassian, resulting in an unique model and allowing high elf fans to still play a high elf, lore wise, and visually, a nice looking elf.

instead we have to fight tooth and nail for even the slightest changes. it makes the game alot less user friendly.

It would be unffair as much as nightborne getting moon themed face markings before night elves . The moon elves of wow don’t have moon themed face markings but a race that came yesterday have. Sad. I hope they don’t do the same with blood elves, both VEs and BEs should get farstrider tattoos.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind Half Elf if VEs weren’t a thing but they are and I do like them. It’s hard for me because in hindsight now I’m unsure even about a HE AR on its own, but maybe Half Elf on its own would have been better.

If they had racked it onto customization - whose? Humans maybe? At least it would keep VEs Void and the BE main theme more in tact.

I personally wouldn’t have liked it if they had gone this route.
