Continuation of New Customisation Options for: Void Elves, Blood Elves, & misc high elves

Cool, then can you do my Forsaken DK with a beard?

Don’t push it
I still haven’t even finished the drawing of my mage >.<

Super rude, dude.

Only if all paladins can also get Uther’s glowy eyes.

But BE’s don’t take precedent on them either.

This is a joke post btw. Let’s keep light themed tats on the lf, it is there only feature.

hmmm
you think forsaken jaws can handle tge wait if the beard? It might be the reason why some forsaken is
 jawless!

i’m expecting to see more customizations before or on launch day. could be wishful thinking but it would increase the enthusiasm and visibility of the game’s launch significantly. so we have a week to see if i’m right. hehe

Only if we can have Mechano-striders with Horde armor

That seems aggressively optimistic to me, but I’d be happy to be wrong.

Purple eyes for belf and velf appears to be, at the earliest, going to be released then.

Not holding my breath for more though.

Aren’t purple eyes already there? Or is it a second set of purple eyes that I’m not aware of?

It’s the purple eyes that have the iris visible rather than a purple void.

It’s for belf and velf.

Oh! That’s cool I guess, will go well with arcane mages.

Yeah it was a beta glitch and as they fixed it they apparently decided to release it to us for both.

My belf mage will be using it. I was very sad when purple wasn’t just a color for belf initially. He’s an arcane mage and I wanted him to go full into it.

Oh happy day! We’re back to talking about customization!

I’m in the same camp as Hyper in that I’m thinking we might see some additional customizations slipped in at launch (besides the arcane eyes for BE/VE). But I also agree with Grabbag that it’s probably an overly optimistic expectation.

I just can’t help it. I want to see more customization for everyone, and I want to see it as soon as possible. The thing I’m really waiting to see though is what Nightborne end up getting when allied races finally get focus. I’m also hoping they are the first allied race to get their pass, and I want so badly for them look like their NPC’s.

Contrary to what my posting about Void Elves and Blood Elves might indicate, Void Elves and Blood Elves are not the only races I care about or play. Nightborne are another races I very much enjoy
or would if they looked better. Only my female Nightborne characters are playable and their options are so limited they seem too much like clones of each other. I’m hoping Blizzard pulls out all the stops on the Nightborne’s pass so they can be as amazing looking as I imagine they can be!

I would like for them to look like the NPC models as well, but to achieve that sort of look they’d likely have to throw out their current model and make a new attempt based off the NPC model itself.

The current models are just so off.

If that’s what it takes, that’s what I hope they do. I know that’s probably wishful thinking though.

Most likely, but boy would it be nice.

Nightborne really do need help.

Me as well. It would not surprise me if they slip in natural hair colors for void elves. Paladin is a stretch but i ask big so the compromise is simply natural hair colors.

Me too. I mean, just look at this:

The compromise already happened.

If they wanted to fall back on a simple no that actually is quite understandable.
