Why would this be the case? Never mind that not everyone with rating will even aspire to go that high.
That wouldn’t even get you Hero track for your vault so minimum +7s. And then another 8 of those per alt. And to do all of that just to inevitably get hard stuck at 619 anyway…yikes.

Same. My best character just hit 599 and my next alt just hit 597. Which is funny as my alt hit 597 when my main was at 595 and I got two upgrades in 1 delve that jumped my main up the 4 points.
Currently have 7 character’s that I am doing delves on to gear up, usually no more than 14 delves a week, 2 per character, but this week had the 3/5 quests so was forced to run 35 delves. My weakest character an Outlaw rogue is doing bountiful tier 8 so under geared it’s not funny (but not dying). That character just made it to 570 but did its 1st “BT8” at 543 with no deaths solo (I love Earth crawler Mines when it’s Flamethrower Torch Day).
RNG is such a huge factor in how character progress in delves, dungeons or raid with any loot drops wither from group or solo content. I get a lot of trinkets which most are duplicates of what I already have. So that affects gearing for anyone and everyone how quickly and how often they have to run more and more content.
But as a person who doesn’t do Mythic or Raid content above Looking for Raid, I don’t really need gear above champion. I also don’t like the labeling of the gear and think that the way they did re-mix was better, just upgrade it with currency until it’s at current/new level cap.

No you don’t understand the point doesn’t make sense.
It’d be nice if 10+ did have them. It’d keep me more interested to be able to get the mythic cosmetic. Or, maybe they can make 13-15 levels and those drop gilded.

You wanna go higher do higher tier content. If your not going to go higher then I don’t understand why your complaining.
You are geared for the content you are playing. There is nothing outside of that you need a higher Ilvl for other than /flex?
I think there is an underlying problem here that a lot of ppl fail to see. Outside of getting a higher ilvl there is absolutely nothing to do in the game. There is nothing to invest in at all other than leveling alts and doing the Exact. Same. Grind. Again. Check out the other tread about the dmf… same old crap for a decade and it’s only once a month for a week. Timewalking… again… timegated. Ppl are bored and have nothing to do outside of gear grinds then wait months for the next drip of entertainment that lasts 3 weeks then dead again.
There is no RPG in this mmoRPG. This is a live service COD masquerading around as an MMO hoping no one takes notice.

Get more gear and push higher keys.
If you want the rewards , put in the effort . Simple as that. Do 9s and 10s and dont leave when they time out ,i am 623 right now and ive capped all of my crest because ive been doing the content ,if 9s and 10s are “to hard” at 619 then you have a much bigger problem than your ilvl.

The game has always been too grindy, too hard, too easy. Maybe yall should just play a new game if you have so many complaints?

If you get all of your pieces in every slot to the max upgrade level then you unlock the ability to transmute lower crests into higher crests since you would have out grown those crests. You get a notification from the dracthyr crest dude in your in game mailbox when you unlock these.
You also get some valorstones each time as well. This allows you to farm lower level content and with enough work get higher level crests.
PVP Players : Keep the same gear for all season and still having fun. Accumulate Conquest that serves nothing but alts.
The best upgrading crests should drop from delves and NOT just from RNG map drops in delves. I as a steadfast delve player should be able to fully upgrade my delve vault gear by playing the content it drops from.

It’s cute thinking 95% of the players are trying to do 9s and not just doing low delves, heroic dungeons, and LFR.
