Congrats on Hard lock at 619!

Haven’t you guys been saying that the vast majority of people are stuck below +9? You all should be able to be +620 ilv in 1-2 weeks and you will have plenty of players like yourself ready to pug +9-10s.

Who cares if 1% of the player base is above the 99%? Just pug with people of your same skill level.

Another reason no one will be able to Pug mythic raids :frowning:

If this were true more than half a percent would have done it week 1. More than 1-2% would have done it on week 2, and more than 8% would have done it on week 3.

That’s the fun part, people don’t put in the small amount of time to learn their roles, their spec’s playstyles or dungeon mechanics and then proceed to cry that the game is hard.

Look at the bright side, you have 92% ready to pug with you.

there should be one more option, an idiot?

If 8 is still hard for you when you are 619, maybe it just doesn’t suit u.

Get rid of gear progression for “difficult” content.

Let skill be what takes you into higher difficulty not ilvl.

Let players play the content they want.

Completely out of touch with 95% of the player-base.

They’re afraid if we also get the gear that they won’t be much higher IO rating. And they are correct.

Actually I think the season is an example of a highly ambitious program with poor planning and implementation.

MOst people are not 619 yet. I believe he meant will be capped at 619… eventually.

Becuase I do enough content on 2 of my characters to get 7-8 vaults at hero gear lvl> and Im 612 (Granted I had one bad week where out of 7 vault choices, I did not get an upgrade… but I can’t imagine most people would have such bad luck at such low ilvl)

That is an insane amount of content, to still only be 612…

Its a mix of horrible need/greed system in raid, no gilded crests til 9, and no mythic vault at 7.

These were all conscious decisions blizz made to time gate progress for the average player.

They likely sat at a big table, and literally discussed HMM what can we do to slow people down with out them complaining about it… or realizing it maybe…

To paraphrase every single M+ player who posts on the forums…

“Wah wah wah do higher content wah wah wah git gud”.

Best thing about TWW so far, M+ players realizing they didn’t deserve Mythic raid gear, and losing their minds.

Why is that good for anyone? And why does the majority of your self-esteem derive from imaginary rating from a third party website? You were so scared to post that you had to hop on the level 24 alt, gg.

Thats such a bad take. You can say dont deserve X rating… The game goes far beyond 10 keys… In fact 10 keys is about Half way to where people will likely cap… at around 20 keys… maybe even 22, 23?

So yes, at least 50% of the player base deserves to be able to complete 10 keys, with the absurd amount of time that im certain 50% of players put into the game.

or even 25%, but we’re at 8% or less.

I agree that most players wont make it up to 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, etc… but to not even be able to get 10 is CRAZY! And frankly, greedy.

I…I don’t think he means just 1 item level… :joy:

You continue to give non-points.

crap progression track

What is crap about it? We’re in the first season and all my characters are already absurdly overpowered in the overworld at ~610 ilvl. Even with delves being overrewarding I have continued to progress my gear every week on all three of my characters just by working towards KSM on them, meaning I’m definitely not doing 9s or greater. If delves had been properly tuned we all would have had even more progression to work through.

Gear can also be a reward here. There’s no reason in PvE for it to only be cosmetic. There’s no problem with other players having better gear than you as a reward for doing the hardest content. It doesn’t negatively impact you in any way. The PvE gameplay loop is literally do content, get gear, do harder content, get better gear, etc.

It can also help you get into higher content you may not have the skill to do at a lower gear level like world first players who do Mythic raids in the first few weeks pre-nerf.

This is still the case by being able to get to 619.

Everyone defends it given no one is asking for ilvl to be uncapped entirely. You’re just jealous of people and trying to justify your hysterics. If everyone had been capped at 619 you wouldn’t have cared about this amount of progression (or if you did you’d be focused on the actual issue of delves being too easy for their rewards) and this amount of power. The single reason you care is because there’s a prestige track beyond it and you’re salty over it.

They’re only alienating a minority of immature people such as yourself. You’re also kidding yourself if you’re currently capped at 619 and think you’re in the majority, rofl. I think the highest ilvl I’ve seen apply to any of my groups (keys ranging from 4-8 over this past week) has been like 616. The vast majority of players whose ilvl I’ve been aware of are in the 605-615 range.

You’re just embarrassing yourself at this point.

You only need to finish 8 m4+ to collect ruined to upgrade your gears until you get full 619, and it won’t take too long for each week.

If you identify as an average player, average gears as rewards should be acceptable.

No but it sure helps

very contradictive. same goes for me and anyone that mythic raids. when do i need a mythic boss to drop mythic gear if i just killed them?. i dont need the gear, i just killed them. i get achievements, mounts and titles for killing them. i dont need the gear, i just killed them without the gear.
