Time rifts were honestly way better than this. I feel like wow is devolving in so many aspects. Like delves are just worse torghast/horrific visions imo

I did it like 4 days ago and found it boring as hell, and i don’t watch bellular.
Would rather have had chromie showing us raid bosses from vanilla or something. this sucks

I’ve seen the video, and well he’s not wrong. People can form the same opinion as someone who posts videos for a living.
Codex was supposed to be an epic showing the of the old AQ opening, not running around killing trash mobs then fighting the old AQ 20 boss.
Not to mention why on earth you need would the holy trinity for that scenario is beyond me.
The event shouldn’t be a time-gated mess. It’s a celebration, make people want to play. Not just do a weekly chore for 3 weeks, then get to have a more variety in where the tokens come from.

They added a bunch of bosses as world bosses all over, as well as an entirely new raid remixed from the old BRD. With that in mind, considering we already have a bunch of old bosses and old bosses that are remixed, what should Codex of Chromie been? Her showing us bosses wouldn’t mean anything, we’re flush with old bosses.

It’s not that people are copying Bellular’s opinion, it’s that Bellular’s “slop” phrase well encapsulates how people already feel.
It’s low effort, boring content that is there to pad out the volume of events to distract away from quality towards quantity.

I feel like a lot of them have been the same person as well. Kind of reminding me of that human paladin and the void elf mage who kept going on about Horde bias a few months ago.
Blizz literally hired voice actors for this event.
They even asked the old Loremaster Cho guy to reprise his role.
And the event is dog shed 
Bronze should drop from Nerub’ar raid, end bosses in m+, BGs, delves, farmable, all in addition to the ways it currently drops in the mundane activities people are trying to make time for. Huge failure is huge.

Yeah, Blizzard didn’t get the memo that a celebration is generally a day/time of (uninhibited) fun.
Not an event designed to string you along for three additional months. With average to sub-par events.

Codex would be fine if not for the weird 3 tank, 5 healer requirement. That’s the entire reason the queue times are so high.
Like, why? Nothing there hits you hard enough to require either a tank or healer.

Interesting, heard the same thing happened with Torghast. There were much better versions during development.
Over the years there’s been a lot of evidence to The Process in their work.

I did! Chromie is the love of my Gnomish life in game, and all of her events are a blast. Also, you might want to find a new word. Slop means waste water, and this game is fully digital. You cannot pour WoW from a chamber pot just as you cannot pour a chamber pot into wow. They are two separate realities.

A popular person made a video using that exact phrasing, and all of a sudden dozens of people are saying it and claiming they never see his videos.
However slop is not a common term used so I’m doubting them. If they said it was bad, rushed, buggy, lazy those are all more common terms
