With it being apparent that the changes released so far that MoP is being SoDified, I will have no interest in MoP classic or any classic expansion looking forward. They make all these changes at the start and then never look back because they are too busy working on the next thing (or don’t care). There’s still changes they made from TBC and Wrath that are in the game that ever never been looked at and change the experience of the current game.
I have no interest in playing MoP in Aggrend’s vision. There’s so many cool things and changes they could add to MoP to improve the gameplay and increase the amount of players interacting in content. Instead they SoDify the game, because that’s all Aggrend’s team knows how to do. It’s funny that they say SoD was an experiment and they need gameplay balance experience, but in the next breath tell you they are all experienced wow game devs for however many years.
Classic is over. Classic+ will be a disaster. It’s time to move on. Also my last forum ban was so weak, do better Aggrend.
I’m advocating for positive changes to the game instead of whatever the hell they are doing. Easy examples of broken things, old dungeon farming and rdf level ranges, cringe balance changes that in 2nd raid tier will result in broken things that won’t be fixed because historically they have only done balance changes for the 1st phase of a classic xpac depsite that not being how mop will work. Easy examples of things to add solo queue arena, fix the 9 million bugs, add some kind of warband light system to the game.
And to say I don’t know how things will turn out, see my two previous two posts where I call out everything:
Also I have another post where I tell Kaivax who was bragging about Sulfuras being an alive and well realm that it will die in a few months. Where is Sulfuras now? Locked. Where is that thread? Nuked from orbit.
Personally pretty happy with the changes. While sure there’s tons of bugs to squash.
Don’t really see mop as being “SoD” unless this means simply getting more attention.
