Another day of Ravicus pretending that there is no human person behind the addon that will ever give up on grouping and will just sit in chat 24/7 for the rest of eternity, trying but failing to find a group.
this is the biggest issue. the divide between players using the addon and afking behind the interface vs players actually trying to find a group in chat. either intregrate the addon into the game for everybody (LMFAO NO) or kill it.
OK so instead of my name turning up in the list of people that have asked to join the group, the add-on will “read chat” and determine that I want to do a dungeon that is in one of the groups? I doubt it.
I’m posting on my highest level character having not played WoW since I beat Mythic Archimonde. I’ve only come back because I enjoyed Vanilla, but I find morons like you going apoplectic because basic add-on functions are too much for you.
Try not to hurt yourself so much with those reaches…
Whew this addon is so ‘advanced’. It reads chat and scans chat to look for players. No it won’t. There’s no chance this addon auto invites people who are talking in chat(not using the addon). And if it does it needs to be KILLED lmfao.
Why the hell does anybody want this kind of automation in CLASSIC. It’s not made to be EASY. It takes DAYS of play time to reach max level. You GRIND to level up. A level in your 40’s might take 6 hours of straight solo grinding. Rude awakening incoming.
And this addon keeps classic classic. All it accomplishes is that it’s an alternative to having /4 spamming your other chat channels away. It doesn’t do a single thing that vanilla WoW didn’t do. Even auto-inviting, that’s what the meeting stones and innkeepers were for in vanilla.
#nochanges means that he shouldn’t have backtracked on the auto-invite.
You can tell if you have threat if the mob or boss is currently whacking you. Omen Threat Meter is superfluous. Ban it.
You can see characters and turn their health bars on. Raid frames are superfluous. Remove them.
Macros allow you to perform actions that you can already manually do. They’re superfluous. Ban them.
You can turn on target-of-target, click on an ally and click their target. /assist is superfluous. Remove it.
Just because an action is already possible does not mean it cannot be done better, and it does not mean that functions or tools which can do the same thing should be banned.
