Classic Oceanic Servers

Hi there,

I am hoping we can get confirmation from a blue about Oceanic dedicated servers similar to what we have on BFA. I know from having talks with other people from the region that it would be a make it or break it if they had to play on US servers so hoping to address this concern once and for all.

100% guaranteed there are oceanic servers, 1x pvp and 1x pve; trust me, my dad is an admin. I cannot confirm this more genuinely, legitimately, or realistically. Trust!

Based on? They have added OCE servers for almost all of their other games…

Yes please! Although 250ms is technically #nochanges for Oceanic players, we’d love to relive Classic with something a bit lower.

Ok, so in all seriousness. Ion said there would be RP realms in larger regions as seen here.

So what is a “larger region”? I’d consider Oceanic as well as Latin America as larger regions as they are separated on your tabs in the US. So with that you’d expect Oceanic and Latin American servers.

However you could view larger regions as US/EU. But then again, he would have just said US and EU would he have not?

Upvote, there are many Australians who want this. Even if we do not all voice our opinion on here.

And with the inclusion of slower spell batching, playing on US servers would be terrible with out Third World Internet speeds!!

Australia is like #10th most popular in terms of classic wow searchs; combine a lot of SEA and NZ, and an oceanic based server covers a massive population

Hope we do get them. The classic experience with actual good ping? Sign me, my dog and goldfish up!

Would be great if we could get an RP server, dnd is popular down here! But I’ll settle for PVP.

Oceanic / Australian girls are super hot, Blizzard has to give them servers. Blizzard is US company, just think of everything our country’s have been through together.
