Same thing the other people are buying. Not engaging in this role-play further.
Did you even read the complete sentence you responded to?
Why would someone in Best in Slot have an incentive to RMT if attending a GDKP?
They sell the gold that they earn and everyone knows this.
…
Let me rephrase this for you.
Why would someone in Best in Slot purchase gold for real money to attend a GDKP?
How does this relate to everyone swipes to attend GDKPs? Clearly, that won’t go against some peoples rational for attending in the first place, no?
Or are you saying if you’re not buying gold to do GDKPs you’re selling it, is this correct?
Pedantically, it does not - but, the fact that some people are not swiping for gold because they are instead selling the gold to said swipers is a pretty poor defense of GDKP.
That’s not how I read your initial post either, so I don’t think it was clear if that’s how you intended it to be understood.
Whether you’re for or against GDKPs, this right here is the primary reason I don’t want to play.
This is the level of understanding of the audience Blizzard is making the changes for.
“Only bad happens in GDKP, no where else!”
“GDKP only can have bad, no good.”
I rephrased it but the point was that the anti-gdkp crowd can’t rationalize that GDKPs can exist without cheating.
Blizzard made this change because people still bought gold 3rd-party in Wrath for cheaper than WoW tokens. Blizz wanted a slice of the GDKP RMT cheese and they couldn’t get enough - so now they are banning it because they believe it will be more revenue for them. No other reason.
Not things I said. But suggesting BIS players have no RMT incentive in GDKP is something that you said.
That’s why I rephrased it for you.
I can rephrase it again.
Why would someone in BiS feel the need to cheat? GDKP or not.
I already answered this:
To make IRL DOLLARS. USD. Cheddar. Cash. Bread.
So any player in BiS still playing should be considered cheating? Why else are they playing?
How can we ensure that their GM isn’t paying them real cash to still tank for them? They have to be there for the cheddar, right?
You tell me. If they really have no items they want - there’s no reason to do GDKP Naxx 5x per week for gold that they can’t spend on anything.
You are LARPing like people just want 5 BIS warriors on their account so they can have one with each hairstyle, but it’s obvious to everyone what’s going on.
Consumables? Alts? Repairs?
These things have recurring cost, don’t they?
If you can do one Naxx GDKP, you have enough consumes to PvP for like 4 months.
Which alt, 2nd warrior, 3rd warrior, 4th warrior, or 5th warrior?
Believe it or not, Blizzard actually made it so that you could afford repairs without making 7 times the value of an epic mount every week from one raid.
Don’t you need consumables for Naxx in the first place?
Where do players get the gold for that? If I don’t need any gear, do I really wanna go farm that gold for consumables to a place I don’t need anything from?
Are you really saying alts are a bad thing?
If I didn’t have alts, what exactly would I have to do besides farm gold to progress a toon at bis? Charity work?
Did you really type this?
Ok, we’re good here. Terrible LARP. Go sell Dark and Darker gold - you’ll be fine.
I did. Can you answer it or is it too difficult?
The fact you have to say I cheat because you can’t comprehend how players better then you operate is telling in itself.
It’s more of a compliment at this point.
You bought gold and spent gold in GDKP’s to get bis.
Then you did GDKP’s when geared to slurp up gold buyer gold when it was their turn to buy gear with gold buyer gold, the way you did it originally. Then you or people like you sold that gold on RMT sites. You know this.
That’s what happens in GDKPS and pretending like it isn’t is the most annoying part about dealing with you cheaters. Well, that and reading the absolutely, pants on head retarded WuT aBOuT tEh aH!?!!!1 bs that comes after it
