I’ve been looking for the character realm transfer option for the Era-Clusters (between clusters), but cannot seem to find it in the shop or in game anywhere.
The battlenet shop menu is kinda horrendous guys from a searching and layout perspective. But enough editorialisng, if you could please point me in the right direction, i will throw some dollarydoos at the Microsoft Business Unit formerly know as Blizzcavision.

There’s no PCT available for Classic Era realms. You’ll have to use Free Character Migration instead if that’s available, which should be seen at the character select screen.

Yeah, looks like that is the one for the progression realms.
I’m baffled too, but I know lots of people that take the paid transfer from PVE cluster servers to PVP cluster and back (has a 90 day CD).
Its not the free transfer realm option ,i know that one in game and from which servers it is available. Im lookin for the paid to take a toon to another server where this is not available.

The Paid Transfer shortcut isnt allowed anymore. You’ll have to first roll a new gatherer alt from scratch on the ‘dead’ clusters to begin exploiting the unlimited FCM resource pipelines back to Whitemane/Mankrik.
There used to be a paid server transfer and paid name change for Classic-Era.
What happened to these? Why did they used to be allowed but now suddenly aren’t?

I never said I was on Twitter, just that it was your best chance of getting those answers. Up to you if you want to make use of that information or just stick around here potentially wondering indefinitely.

I hear you. It’s just silly that Blizz Customer Support is not active on Blizz Customer Support forums.
Customer support, as in player helping player. Often confused for customer service 
It’s also important to note that the customer service team wouldn’t be able to help you in any further capacity that echoing the information already provided, and the developers who make the decisions don’t monitor this particular forum.

Even when they are, they aren’t usually on here at 2 AM CST.
There are people monitoring the regular forums (but NOT the support forums, like this one) for player feedback on matters like this. I believe there’s already a thread on this topic that you could add onto if you like. But Blizzard staff very rarely respond in the forums - usually they only post to announce changes and such. People occasionally do get answers by tweeting the devs, maybe more often than they do on the forums. That’s all people are telling you - your odds of getting an answer may be higher there. I’m not on Twitter either, so I’m certainly not getting answers that way.

That’s the thread. Blizz took the service away with no notice. We are asking for the service to be reinstated.
And that isn’t done in the CS forum. If you want to offer your thoughts/suggestions, you’d be doing that in the classic part of the forums.

And that’s the place to keep it at. The CS forum, namely the blues here, isn’t going to pass this long, nor take action from posting here. They’re not part of the team who make this call, nor do they talk to them.

And the blue poster there noted the feedback, and is still responding, however that doesn’t mean it will revert back. Unfortunately CS won’t have any information beyond that post.
