Survival needed some buffs to damage in PVP and BM is fine. MM damage is too high in PVP and has been too high since Battle for Azeroth.
I guess the changes to make clothies more tanky help counter MM damage.
The nerf to plate armor may be too much though and might directly impact PVP tanks like Blood and Prot Warrior too much.
Roots and fears breaking on lower damage threshold makes it feel like normal CC doesn’t matter anymore.
Which means that micro CC is going to be spammed and more annoying.
The problem with CC in PVP is micro CC and not fear, roots or long duration stuns like Kidney Shot.

Please add a spell school to affliction warlock. The nerf to soul rot, based on RP/lore reasoning not game balance, has left affliction the only dps class with 1 school.

Thanks for giving absolutely nothing to Fury warrior. We really love the continued neglect

What stats are you looking at? Specifically?
I was looking at m+, 25 and higher.

How are the healing holy power spells not being buffed, we largely ignore them in raid because they are so weak right now. Spec feels terrible to play as it stands and no sign of that changing anytime soon with how the spec has been handled since the rework.

I dont normally complain post, I got a little excited to see shaman tuning then I realized it was only for resto and not ele, that is quite disheartening , We bring no raid buff, and damage that is only good for one maybe 2 fights in raid, at least if we could do good damage there would be a reason to bring ele, right now there is zero reason in a competitive raiding environment to bring an ele.

ah I see. I was looking at mythicstats.com which is the top 2000 runs each week - I also had a look at subcreation and u.gg. In the last few weeks, resto shaman has been more represented than hpal.
Add to that the fact that resto smokes hpal in raid damage and healing and the issues Hpal has with Holy Power spenders at the moment and I was somewhat surprised to see this set of changes.
I’m not saying resto shaman is busted or anything, I hope these changes can see them make a dent on the m+ healing meta.

Oh so you can go back to ripping cloth apart with stuns grips and dmg. I’ll say revert your nerf to plate I’m reasonable but the boost to cloth was good but don’t think all needed it. I know affliction locks definitely needed something the ramp up times too slow to not have any survivability

BM has some. And there are specs with no +30 keys…
But you have to be joking if you think +30 is a realistic balance point.
I’m all for balance but in an infinitely scaling system you’re going to reach a point where some specs are just required, and +30 probably beyond that point.

A lot of people can’t do M+ 30 no matter what you give them period. All my concerns lie in PVP though

Yes, until afflicted weak resto sham was basically on par or worse than hpal.
Once again. I am not saying hpal shouldnt get buffs either.

From memory like 3 out of the 100 top rated players are hunters. Hunters are just noob stompers they dont do too well at max due to utility and survivability.

But a damage boost isn’t the answer. Maybe something else IDK but dmg definitely isn’t it

I do not know what you are talking about. Did you not see the MASSIVE armor buff blood is getting? A whole whopping 10% more of our strength as bonus armor to bone shield. Toooooooooooooooooooottttttttttttttttallllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy what the spec needs more than anything. Probably even for PvP too
