The resto druid mana changes are nice but can rejuv get added to that list. Rejuv and tranq are our specs defining spells and neither of them feel good to cast right now; rejuv mostly just because its to expensive, if it got a mana reduction comparable to regrowth itd feel a lot better.
WHY ARE WE REMOVING ARMOR CLASSES FROM PVP?
WHY SHOULD A ROGUE DO THE SAME DAMAGE TO A WARRIOR AS A CLOTHIE???
ARE THE DEVS THIS CLUELESS?
someone please help me understand why we are removing armor differentiation???
Just rework Frost DK at this point. The spec is bland, burst is easy to shut down in PvP, has zero sustain (even less so with the plate nerf) and/or survivability against pretty much anything. It’s not even worth playing, take it back to the drawing board.
REVERT THESE ARMOR PVP CHANGES.
There’s absolutely ZERO reason for a clothie, who melts people to have the same armor as a plate wearer.
FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING SACRED. Who approved this?
Thanks…maybe…
These changes still leave us on the bottom, roughly 150k dps behind on a mythic gnarlroot kill and roughly 40k behind on a volcross kill (with leggo/bis trinkets and pi buffs).
Are these changes just supposed to prevent me from not wanting to play anymore with the feeling of we got a little bit, hold out for some more?
REMOVE THIS.
The (holy) fire rises, brothers
Read all of the patch notes and you will come to understand that Fear and Roots also are getting buffed across the board by 100% damage taken before breaking. So Warlock fear is still going to break on more damage taken than it did before this next update.
I expect Demo Warlock to be the most meta Spec/Class in arena from this update forward. Also, expect more ferals to play for counter Warlock play.
Aren’t you forgetting something? Buff all specs constantly except fury especially if you have no legendary just makes it worse and worse all while having 0 utility… You would think least utility would at least be allowed to be top damage in all content.
That’s it? Only 4%?? We could use a bit more than that …
although i don’t pvp at max level i think making clothies more tanky armor and plate less tanky armor in pvp is dumb. they are different for a reason.
Agree! It’s like they asked a PvE dev what they should do for pvp balance. its beyond clueless!
Demo Lock was already really tanky in PvP, this is only going to make it even harder. Rets and Ferals are probably going to be selected as Warlock counter but it is still going to be tough.
I guess this is our penance for being S tier for half a season.
Feels like they want us to go Lightweaver. These Flash heal /Heal buffs make the talent A LOT more attractive
The Buff/Nerf/Buff Cycle Shadow Priest has been through in from 10.1-10.2.5 has been quite frustrating. I am happy they are getting buffed back. And I am happy they are getting 10.1’s tier back. I may bring back my shadow priest for the fated season.
Terrible changes ruining pvp.
Making changes for the top .01% of the player base.
what a joke.
I thought so too, I like that as well. Nax said it wasn’t going to be on the menu so I’m not sure. I’d try it, if it turns out that it is better I would swap! I still want DI so I guess I would give up miracle worker for it, it’s only one point since I already run 2/2 desperate times.
It’s a about a 5.5% damage increase.
Ret is underperforming in PvP and PvE and just took a bit hit to survivability with the armor change, the dps buff is the least they can do to compensate.
It’s a 5.5% damage increase overall, thats not that much lol.
Nothing for Marksman despite it being the very worst ST spec in the game. literally last on damage to bosses and lowest slimming spec by a huge margin. not to mention it has the lowest player population other than affliction. still doesnt have a tier set that works on volocross or when you are further than 40 yards (mastery doesnt effect the volley from tier) guess the spec is just forgotten since its gotten no much needed tuning or QOL improvements/bug fixes since the tier started.
