The real problem with Havoc that I can see is that there’s really only one viable build at the moment.

Probably just means people will go back to playing frost or arcane primarily. Fire will likely be pushed out of the meta, which was Blizzard’s goal without taking into account all of us loyal fire mage players that never played meta groups and just want to be able to contribute decent numbers.

Ok, guys, I understand that Fire Mage AOE is OP rn in M+, but could you at least give a small buff on ST damage so I can finish my Sarkareth progress without having to use another spec?
How about instead of nerfing mages again you remove Power Infusion or make it self only?
Because that’s what’s making mages strong, not mage spells.
Not when rogue can stun lock you permanently. Then vanish if your friends come help to revenge. Camp you again at the next quest zone.

Tell you what just scale down the zones ,if you can’t get it right why not since people actually believe scaling a problem.
Don’t know if i’m playing devils advocate here or not but I feel as though when each zone had a level cap (like westfall being levels 10-20) it made it feel more rewarding when you completed the zone. Like if you complete it now at level 25 and go back to it to farm something at level 55 the mobs scale too your level and it feels like you never even finished it. Whats worse is that they started doing this in Legion (I think maybe WoD also? I didn’t play that much in WoD cause it was garbage) wit…
Why would you ever nerf mistweavers? They’re the lowest played spec in the game. A 12% nerf to enveloping mist is a big hit to casting mistweaver specs.
This isn’t a nerf. It’s a buff. Shifting some of the power into bigger shields will increase healing and lower overhealing. Often so much of EnvBreath is wasted. As a caster MW who does predominately M+ I’m happy with this change.
Edit: this change is to the Yu’lon/Chi’ji absorb shield (increased by 100%) and a 12% decrease in Enveloping Breath. They are front loading the absorb and slightly lowering the heal at the end.

- Holy
- All damage decreased by 10%.
- Blessing of Summer now causes attacks to deal 20% additional damage as Holy (was 25%). Blessing of Summer remains at 30% in PvP combat.
- Developers’ notes: Holy Paladin damage output has been higher than we would like, considering their toolkit as a whole.
Non meta hpal builds using Avenging Crusader and Veneration took an even bigger nerf for no good reason. Guilt by association.
Just admit that the problem is 2x Consecration. Change Righteous Judgment to a QoL talent for a fully ranged build like Ret has with Consecrated Blade.

Nerfing Guardian’s mitigation does not address the fact that other tanks does not have much mitigation as guardian does currently in terms of M+.
I dont speak healer but I heard holy pally felt good to play where as other healers are not and nerfing them does address the other underperforming healers.
There is a couple of dps that needs addressing aswell.
Also with the current dungeon pool you guys designed and choose, the reason exodia comp exists is because of its utility it offers that counter these types of mechanics that are within these dungeons, some mechanics are magic dispels and a priest can mass dispel it off, priests have mind soothe, Augment offers alot of mitigation to the group, etc.
And yet there is still a class with 3 dps options that are all bottom barrel - blizzard, if you are actually using data then how about you notice hunter has NO representation in m+ high rankings for ANY spec. Buff hunter ffs.
