Don’t have it either after claiming, never had TCG pet
I claimed the Free Bananas pet on Sunday night. I still don’t have him. I do have a level 25 Bananas that I got several years ago. I’ve done all of the things suggested on the forums (clear cache, log out, restart battle.net, restart my computer) and still nothing. I put in a ticket yesterday and got a response from a GM basically saying they’re aware of the issue and keep my eye on the bug report forum.
Almost 60 hours and no Bananas.
I also did not receive my free bananas battlepet. I already have a level 25 Bananas that I received from a card several years ago.
I have tried all that was suggested; clear cache, log out of battlenet, restart pc and still days later no pet.
Should I open a ticket?

8 days and counting. Still no Bananas and silence from the blue posts.
As is to be expected. Bug Reports forum is not about conversation. You report bug, QA assesses report and forwards to the developers if it looks legit, developers fix bug when they choose to, and no one ever confirms, discusses, or makes promises about when or whether the bug gets fixed.
Strictly one-way. The only acknowledgement you might see would be in Customer Support, or in the patch notes after they fix it.
Still no Bananas. Are we supposed to open a ticket ingame too???

Still no bananas after reopening a ticket this morning. They said I claimed it on March 25 which sounds about right but I never received it. They then said it was ‘released’ two times after that and they can’t do anything. But released does not equal received so I still have no bananas charity pet.
Actually just checked the date on that original posting and on my email. I actually claimed it on March 24 not the 25th so how bizarre are their records.

i dont have a prior bananas…i have logged out and done all the recommended things and still do not have bananas and the shop indeed says that i claimed him…what now?

Make a ticket - use the link that the blue post indicates in the below post. It took me three contacts to get mine but mine wasn’t a simple situation.
I had the same issue as all of you, I put in a ticket and made sure to explain in detail every solution I tried and the fact it had been 11 days with no resolution in sight. I was mailed my banana charm within 6 hours of making the ticket.
It’s now been 11 days and still no free Bananas.
So they told us to close out tickets and to submit a bug report. Now they tell us to reopen the ticket - by a forum post.

I also never got the free Bananas.
I actually bought Bananas off the BMAH a few years ago or so. Each subsequent GM tells me that they are unable to confirm where that Bananas came from and so they decline to give me the free one.
Pretty frustrating.
