This, I’ve been using as a DK dps. No problem finding groups. Probably faster than retail.
I do however proactively find groups when I see tanks and healers, and I also did mostly quest 70-80. not dungeons. I did not have sunwell gear.

my god! it worked! and what?! you mean to tell me, that you cant get instant gratification at any time YOU want to because other people are doing things? Shocked. Literally shook to my core.
I will not heal for any group that HRs anything or takes to long to fill DPS because they are looking for optimal classes/spec. Wrath Heroics are too easy to put that much effort into forming a group which is why RDF makes so much sense.

Make friends with those randoms so you have more people to call upon when you want to run a dungeon. I don’t know why this is so hard for you to grasp.
The LFG tool could hardly work since I didn’t use it. 
And you should think before using the anti RDF buzz phrases, “lazy,” “entitled,” “instant gratification,” etc. because they’re idiotic. I’m a dps so there is no “instant.” I have to wait awhile, which is FINE. Imagine grouping with randoms without all the tedious, annoying bull$hit that comes with LFG.
You want tedium just for tedium’s sake. It’s nuts.

Everything is a buzz word now, so not really a good argument.
Then you clearly dont remember the ‘fun’ of RDF, enjoy having DPS queue as a tank so they can get instant queues which was absolutely a thing.
But more importantly you just kinda proved my point, you dont need the RDF, you went out, you did a dungeon by finding a group of people, with the LFG tool or not, you did exactly what we all did to get done what we needed to.
You dont need an RDF to do them, no one is being gate kept, the system works. Can it and will it work better with the RDF? Sure, maybe, but the system works. People just want to act like it does not work and no one can do dungeons which is just objectively not true.
Which again, i have never once said, i DONT want RDF, i have never said we should only have LFG tool. My entire point, and every post i have made has been that you dont NEED it to get done what you are saying you want to get done. It just takes more effort to do so right now. Which even then is not a lot.
Now you’re just trolling. Everyone here runs dungeons so please don’t try to pass off that hokum. You can tell the healer you think they’re a good healer and ask if you can add them. That doesn’t make them your friend. You can send them a whisper the next day and ask them if they want to heal such and such. They’ll decline.
You and I and everyone else has had that happen - you get a message from someone you ran with previously asking you if you’d like to run a dungeon. Odds are that, no, I don’t because I’m busy with something else or I’m locked or logging soon or w/e.
You don’t make friends in dungeons. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks trying to cobble together a network of randoms is making friends.

Thats fine, go back to finding group and getting content done, rather then complaining on the forms about it.
While we’re at it, can we remove the other tedious aspects from the game? Leveling is tedious, lets get rid of that. Grinding honor for pvp is tedious, lets get rid of that. Grinding raids for rng gear is tedious, lets get rid of that. Grinding for reputation is tedious, lets get rid of that. Farming mats is tedious lets get rid of that.
It ends up just becoming a question of where do you draw the line. Some people draw it before RDF, others draw it after RDF. Personally though, I’d rather they get rid of leveling, and make raid loot less rng before I want RDF

The great thing about T7 is you don’t need to be completely pre-raid BIS to start clearing Naxx. I haven’t played since Saturday as a healer and I don’t see myself logging in before we do Naxx except to get some consumes ready. Their new LFG Tool is complete trash. You can’t even select heroic, just the dungeon. If you put notes in, no one actually reads them and randomly invites you. Then they want to run a dungeon you are already locked for. Nah, I’ll pass. Without RDF, I have no interest in spamming heroics with PUGs. I have already started raid logging and we are only a week in.

To be FAAAAAAAAAIR That was back in OG wrath which blizzard has admited wrath was undertuned same with heroics. IIRC they are buffing naxx by like 30% this time around.
So i agree you wont need to be pre raid BiS, but being in some heroics will help. I guess by the numbers you need to be 30% more geared then you were in og wrath for it to feel the same.
They gave the Naxx bosses 30% more health so the fight will take a little longer. I did a few world tours and have almost all pre-raid except my chest. Let the raid logging commence since RDF it isn’t there to make spamming heroics easier.
Yeah then you would be fine. Naxx in wrath was always an easy raid.
As a healer with RDF, I would actually enjoy spamming heroics even if I didn’t need them. Without it there is no chance I will even bother. Easier to just raid log and do something else.
I mean yeah, thats your propagative of the game, if you dont like the way its being handled right now, then just dont play except for when you want to, dont see the issue here.
The issue is the LFG Tool is trash and a super inadequate replacement for RDF that should be in the game lol.

If thats what you think, then the best thing you can do as a consumer is not consume it.
I, and thousands of others right now, are having no issues with the LFG tool. So saying that its inadequate is not very accurate considering we did all of classic, and all of TBCC with out RDF just fine. So while RDF would be nice, its not needed at all, and that just objectively true.
RDF should be what the community wants it to be, and personally, i dont think the majority care one way or the other, because most of us are doing just fine with out it. But if you dont wanna play until its added if it is, then hey man thats your call. We will keep doing heroics with out issues.
