thats your community. the one that people claim to remember so fondly.
I was actually talking of my experiences in Retail using their RDF tool.
No, acting like RDF would create a huge problem is what’s laughable.
it wouldn’t cause a huge problem for me, but it would undoubtedly harm the game.
Do you see how these two statements dont really make sense together?
I never said it would cause a problem if it was added.
I’m saying that the solution to not having RDF is in the game already, and people would rather not use it because its to much work for them.
If you’re not gatekeeping, then why do you have such a hard on for RDF? It wouldn’t affect your game play at all. So honestly, what is the problem?
And here we go with the “if it’s hard” BS. Who would find it “hard” to spam and babysit LFG? No one. It’s BORING. It’s TEDIOUS. It’s ANNOYING. So the correct statement would be, if LFG is too boring, too tedious and too annoying, go play another game.
How can you say this when all you need to in Northrend is right click → invite 4 names that correspond to the classes, and boom, you’re basically ready aside from waiting for 2 people to get there, which there often is already done from the moment the group started.
Its classic wrath, thats how we did it for 2 expantions and classic, its hows it done. If its not hard, then go and do it.
I did, thousands of others did, you can to, the time you spend complaining here could be spent trying to form a group. You literally just make a message, highlight it, hit ctr+C then every 5 min or so, hit enter and ctr+v to paste it while you do dailies.
Stop crying about something that has a solution to it already.
Seems legit. I got removed from group as a tank because i used orb of deception and they thought I was the wrong faction.
I do. And I’m weary of it. I’m sick of whispering people who’ve listed themselves and obviously gone afk. I’m sick of getting ninja invited to dungeons I haven’t listed to. I’m sick of spamming LFG for a healer and having warlocks and mages bombard you with “inv.” I’m really, REALLY tired of having to sit in Dal because of the constant babysitting it takes to put a group together.
I’m over it. It’s annoying and stupid.
Whos fault is that, if you are sitting in dal while you are listed in LFG? There is an enitre world with things to do while you wait. Thats on you, like fully on you.
Groups take a while to form, sucks, but its how it works. This sis wow classic, this is how it was, this is how it is. Weather or not LFD gets impimented will remain to be seen. But until then your options are, suck it up, deal with it like the rest of us have, and are, OR dont play until they add it.
Make friends with tanks and healers, schedule times to play, its not hard at all, join a guild, the options to do this are limited only by your own limitations and desire to accomplish what you want. I did it, others did it, entire guilds and servers did it. You are no unique in your experience.
Which is being experienced live in a game that DOESN’T have RDF. You admitted so yourself. Sounds like it was bound to happen whether we have RDF or not, and therefore, this problem can’t be pinpointed to RDF, uh?
How long will you keep talking through your hat?
I already replied to someone who made this exact statement - do you guys all have the same script?
Bold to assume I would catch up through 100+ message to argue with someone that lacks basic logic.
I expected your reply wouldn’t contain any actual argument
PS: It’s like 14 replies up, not 100. Nice try.
I’m in a guild. I have friends who are tanks and healers. I did a world tour today with guildies. Today worked WITHOUT THAT STUPID LFG. Sometimes people aren’t always on or able to commit to a dungeon when they are on (my favorite healer has a two day old baby).
People aren’t always at your disposal - hard to fathom, I know. Running with friends and guildies is all fine and good when it comes together. When it doesn’t, you have to reach out to randoms and go through unnecessary tedium. I don’t know why this is so hard for you to grasp. Tedium isn’t hard. It isn’t epic. It doesn’t enrich game play. It’s just tedium for tedium’s sake. There’s nothing else left.
Only read the OP and all I have to say is…
Ooooooohhhhh-Kaayyyyyy.
You do you OP, that was alot of hot air.
Safe travels.
i hate that i can only give you one heart for this, its spot on.
Situation A happens in presence of Entity B. Situation A happens despite the absence of Entity B. Yet, you seem to think Situation A is caused by Entity B. It’s hilarious.
