Problem with that is you have very large chunks of the American population who had ancestors that discarded their old roots to plant new ones here, or left very vague connections to their old roots (The Ulster/Scots Irish, for example, that settled in the early 19th Century). It’s partially why folks are starting to get annoyed at people celebrating their roots, because they don’t have any beyond what was planted here.
The clashes created are not new, and multicultural nations have a bad habit of disintegrating. Yugoslavia being an example, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire being another. Even if they don’t, ethnic tensions tend to simmer until they outright boil.

Over correcting and hiring on race, sex or gender is no better. There should be a need for a position and that position should be filled based off of their ability to do the job and previous experience.
Hiring on race or trying to highlight it as if its something special is racism.
Hiring a woman for the solo reason of whats between her legs (or rather not) is sexist.
I don’t see why everyones race or sex needs to be spelled out in every article now days. I’d say who cares but apparently there are a ton of racists who demand that people continue being hired based on skin color…

I for one, advocate for more women in labor intensive jobs like road construction, contract labor, oil industry, etc. These professions are where the patriarchy and toxic masculinity has been allowed to flourish unchecked. Until those jobs are filled with a proportionate amount of women, we will never achieve true equality.

DACA folks have to pass a criminal background check that proves they have not committed crimes to be in the program to stay in the US and work. So it lets kids who were brought here long ago by parents, and who stayed in school - kept a clean criminal record, get a work permit to stay in the US. Every 2 years it gets re-investigated to be sure they still meet the requirements. The DACA recipients pay all admin fees for those checks.
They don’t apply…
All of those industries have massive holes when it comes to employment lol.

For this reason, what I am saying is that there are not even laws that are well established, there are laws in the USA that could contradict many hypocrites. Unfortunately, it is useless to say that this is crime free, there are things that strongly advocate crime in different forms.

I’m not wrong. The system doesn’t work as well as you’d like to believe. I can’t tell if you believe this is good, or you have a stake in the game. I don’t want to say you’re naive, but I cannot tell. That aside, what Biden is doing is casting a wide net, basically letting everyone in, knowing that there will be lots of slave labour that comes with that, and you’ll occassionally get your nugget of a good story that makes you sleep well at night. The system revolves around, and is supported by slave labour. It’s just about keeping the population comfortable enough.
There is no lie, we know the whole idea is to bin the cis white males. Again, can’t tell if you’re naive or have a stake in the narrative.

btw, there was a woman who was in the same center as the “pub crawl harassment” and said it wasn’t what the lawsuit made it out to be, it was harmless. She got one interview and nobody talked about it again. We all seem to forget that many of these accusations were blown out of proportion or couldn’t be quantified or substantiated. Can’t believe I even took the bait on that, you had no response to what I said and shifted focus to the lawsuit instead

Why have we all lost our minds about a black woman being hired into a role to make the workplace safe for everyone?
