Character Unstuck Service is not working

I have been trying to move my character out of court of stars for a few days now but the unstuck service keeps failing. I know they took the dungeon down. I just want to play my main

For when the automated service fails, if you try again it should lead to a link to put in a ticket.

The character stuck queue is actually one of our highest priority categories. While over the last few days the response times have increased due to the ongoing issue, someone should be with you soon. Current queue is measured in a few hours, so if you use the link that has been provided several times, instead of the generic one you have been, a Game Master will be able to get to you.
