I selected my character to transfer from Dalaran to Illidan, checked all his bags and bank for heirloom items and I select his destination, but it just sits on the warcamp screen with the green checkmarks…But nothing happens. Been sitting on this screen for quite a while now.
I’ve tried to restart the game and launcher and also deleted various characters because I thought it may have been a number of characters on that server issue.
Known issue character services are having issues.
It seems to be all character services too, I have read posts about people having issues with faction change, and I personally am having issues applying my purchased realm transfers.
Seems to be, I started one before i went to bed and left it running and I guess I timed out. Woke up at some point and did it again and timed out again, I guess it’s just keep trying until it works.
Yea, same thing here. I am trying to transfer a character to a diff realm and it lets me select the realm and hit next but doesnt allow me to complete.
That’s exactly the situation I’m in… I have tokens I purchased in DF, but coming to use them - I type in Stormrage, and then hit Next and it just sits with the 2 checkmarks and nothing to proceed.

Not even a mention that charcter services still were not working. I select the charcter, selt the new realm, both receive green check marks, but I have no button to hit done, complete, finalize, or anything else.
My guess is you filed that ticket under one of the technical categories, and the template used to respond was relative. This is a payment issue, but likely one a gm can’t help with.
Same for race change - no button to advance the action - i assume because the services are still disabled. Would be nice to get an update on this from Blizzard though.
I doubt dozens of people are having payment issues all at the same time. I purchased three race changes last night that have cleared and are available to use and the money has been debited from my bank, but they simply do not work.
This is not a payment issue nor any other user issue. This is 100% a Blizzard issue.

Picked a bad time to come back to the game I guess. Services was down for days, then up for a day or two… now down again without any announcements. Have been trying to use a boost for over 24 hours, name changes wont work either.
You’re correct, I of course was clarifying the ticket response, not the service issue. There’s another blue post clarifying all services were experiencing issues. Unfortunately a ticket in this case won’t help, but devs are aware.
I am having the same issue as the Opening post… Stuck at the login screen with green checkmarks, but no progress…
