Character transfer bugged when switching to a RP server

I purchased a character transfer bundle a few days ago. I tried transferring several of my characters from Tichondrius to Emerald Dream (RP) multiple times and I always get the same error message: There was an error with your order. Please try again later.

Can’t believe this is still an ongoing issue. I feel like they need to onboard MS tech people early so they can identify/fix the problem for them.

Also, MS team would mostly likely keep us better informed.
