every time I try to log on to character Cogglum on real Arygos keeps kicking me off and I seem to can not get back on stuck character service

Also if staying logged out for 30 minutes does not change your characters condition, and the above doesn’t work you should be able to put in a follow up ticket here:

Try the links Kozzae provided. The Support Site should allow you to try to use the Character Stuck option to move your character to a safe location.

I ended up putting in ticket because character unstuck kept shutting down and I had to keep starting over. I have got unstuck but I was told by a gm that there is a bug and are working on it just cant go to garrison for now

The Blues reported working on the bug.
I just 100 % reduced this bug.
my last played is the same way right now.
Do not go down the hill or you will be disconnected.
go to the right of the road or the left …
you will not be disconnected.
