Unable to log in to character. Disconnect when attempting to leave Lunarfall and enter Shadowmoon Valley along path to ship. Used Stuck Character service. Attempted to go to ship, got disconnected again. Am unable to reconnect because I am immediately disconnected every time I reconnect.
Further investigation reveals that the same problem happens on two different servers (Cairne and Moon Guard), and may happen on more, although I donāt have characters in a position to test on other servers.
The disconnect WOW51900319 happens every time on the original path from the beached ship to the original Lunarfall hilltop site, about 1/3 of the way up from the beach.
In every case, the ground appears to drop between 3 and 4 feet while traveling along the path, the character disconnects with the WOW51900319 code, and any attempt to log the character back in again produces an endless loop of disconnects.

Further testing reveals that the same thing happens at the point where you encounter the two hostile Ancients after leaving the eastern garrison gate. The screen darkens briefly, and then disconnection with the WOW51900319 code.
Have the same problem. Went north out of the Garrison, saw it start to phase, and then got DCād and now am stuck in an endless loop of DCās. Iāll log in, and immediately be DCād. Wouldnāt be so bad, except the Authorization process, through the app, keeps forcing me to re-log my account every time I try to see if it is fixed.
Iām experiencing this right now on Moon Guard, WOW51900319 error. I used the unstuck service, thinking it was a one-off, came back the same way and am now permastuck again. My experience mirrors Aleaoraās above, down the ground dropping, etc. Iām on a level 17 toon, not sure if it would differ while flying
Do you have a software firewall of any sort aside from Windows Defender? Back in WoD, I had a firewall which at one point started blocking the re-connection that the game attempts to execute when leaving or entering the garrison zones and this caused the game client to repeatedly disconnect me or return āInstance Not Foundā errors. Disabling the firewall fixed it.
Just happened to me on a new level 16 character on Anvilmar. Heading for the harbor to fight the pale orcs. Heading down the hill Iām disconnected. Instantly disconnected every time I try to reconnect. Endless loop with no way to fix it. I canāt believe this has been going on since December and still hasnāt been resolved. Ridiculous.
Same here (already reported in-game). Trying to run from the dock area back to my garrison, Iād get DCād every time I took a step forward. Log back in, take one step, DCād again. Repeat until bored. This was sometime last week. In the end I just hearthed back, which worked as expected.
Thereās some weirdness happening where the actual geometry of the garrison space disappears, which is when my character would ādrop downā a foot or so. If I go out the front/main gate and look back as I travel away from the Garrison, it straight up disappears and is just the Shadowmoon Valley landscape that was there before the Garrison is built, then as I approach, it blinks back into existence. Iāve since moved my toon and started questing elsewhere, just reporting what Iād observed.
edit: I should note, itās not āphasingā, like when you can see something fade in/out. It is just removed.

This is still a problem as of February 1st, 2024, and has been a problem for months as far as I can tell.

As of 02/13/2024 this continues to be a problem and not one single response from Blizzard.

March 10, 2024, still a problem. I was unaware of this issue and started leveling on the draenor timeline, built my garrison and left the area to quest. Now I am constantly disconnecting as soon as I left the area. I used the unstuck then tried to leave again, only to be disappointed being back in the same loop of disconnects as soon as I log in.

Dropping in to say same problem still occurring 03/18/2024. Stuck in an endless loop of DCās but only for this one character, and in the same spot as OP.

Having the same issue on wyrmrest accord. Playing a newish character, everytime I head up the path from the beached ship, I get disconnected when entering lunarfall. Finally said screw it and left WoD.
I didnāt have issues with the south entrance yesterday, but now I do. Looks like Iām waiting the cooldown on my soulstone to go back to my garrison.
Just hit this today.
