Any update on actual root cause or ETA to resolution? I don’t feel like that’s too much to ask after an hour of unplanned down time.
All of my characters are gone - 100% of them.

dont mind people like him vrakthris. some people get extremely salty if they cant play fora few minutes in a day and they lash out at the nearest target. you guys are doing an amazing job and thank you very much for keeping us up to date

so like im having the same problems. I came from gw2 cus it was sh0t. now im thinking im done with the genre
Same thing is happening as last night. The login gets hung up on retrieving realms and after it finally loads, none of my characters are there. When I select a realm with such as Stormrage, Proudmoore, and Ravenholdt, there is only a blank screen and most buttons are greyed out.
Okay i am having same issues, no characters on any realms and cant create a character even
Can we please bring back the server queing, its much nicer to watch a que count down than to fight tooth and nail in this broken character not found lobby for an hour.

Add me to ever growing the list. I was on not that long ago, like maybe 10-15 min, on my mage on Ysera but Wow quit responding and I disconnected. Logged back in an absolutely all characters on my account are gone. Some of those characters belonged to my father and are really sentimental to me…

Lol I mean-- is he though? I am sure if he had answers he would let people know… hell, if he knew how to fix it, I’m sure he’d be on it. You might consider that you could be part of the problem… He took the time to respond to your post that really doesn’t inquire anything useful and implies he is somehow perpetuating an issue. If the man doesn’t know, then he doesn’t know.

They are fun to look at, still saying character not found when trying to actually DO anything other than stare lovingly at them.

Lol you didn’t loose your characters, its just a temporary bug. But it is very annoying to have happen two nights in a row.
VRAKTHRIS i strongly suggest bring servers down for restarts or Emergency maintenance because this is redictulass
