Just wanted to let you guys know that my toon is still unavailable on the forums following a server transfer on TBC Classic. The toons name is Straato on the server Grobbulus. I’ve posted in the API forums and customer support forums about a month ago:
I have transferred other toons lately and they were immediately available on the forums after transferring. Within 5 minutes. This toon has been unavailable for 6 weeks now, and I have logged in and out of the forums multiple times per day for 6 weeks. I have done the troubleshooting guide as well. I have opened a ticket a couple weeks back where my account was “refreshed” to attempt to force my toon to load, which was not successful.
I’m sure this is an issue you are aware of as I have had multiple GM’s say they passed my information “up the chain” but it has been a couple weeks since my last correspondence and figured it would not hurt to post here once more about this.
Any help would be truly appreciated. Thank you!
