I am trying to select my current level 80 character for forum use but is not showing up. It shows my level 60 version on the Classic era server but not character on wrath server. I need this for my info to be correct in warcraft logs.

Log in and outa the forums a few times your other toons should pop up when ubselect choose chararcter under ur portrait.

I have logged out and back in over five times, on multiple browsers and on phone. Still do not see either of my level 80 toons.
Keep trying also post in the website bug forums.

The forums sometimes have a mind of their own. Aside from the logging in/out or password reset, there is no way to force update these sorts of things.
Just as a preface - this next part may come off as abrupt or the “tone” may be off - but I am not unsympathetic about the spot that you’re in. It really does suck that you’re having this update issue, but it’s happened enough that we’ve gotten Blue posts about it.
It boils down to the fact that it is a player-created issue that people depend on a third-party site to run things. As far as Blizzard goes, it is not something that is game-breaking or necessary to log in and play the game. It sucks, but that the armory doesn’t update all the time is not preventing you from playing the game. That other players want/need to see something through a third-party site (i.e. raiderio or warcraftlogs), that isn’t their problem. Your characters are accessible and you can play the game just fine.
Hopefully with the reset tomorrow it’ll get updated, if not before then. Good luck!

According to support reply from warcraftlogs they said they pull guild/level from wow forums
Not the forums, the armory. It still stands that there isn’t anything that can be done to force it to update. A lot of the time, the logging in/out or a password change will do the trick. It’s not foolproof though. If that doesn’t do it, there isn’t anything else that can be done except for submitting a bug to the Website Bug Report forum. That doesn’t guarantee a fix right then and there, but it alerts the proper staff that it’s not working.

hmm… i just realized it’s a classic character.
they’d only be able to pull from the forum, as there is no armory

Yeah, specifically told me to like a post in forums to get information to update, but if its not correct it is not going to help

this is what happens when i start posting before coffee, and skim instead of actually reading 
for “science”, have you tested logging into the forum with a different character, and just seeing if that will force a refresh?
It probably won’t make any difference, and you’ll need to wait for the forum to update, but anything is worth a try
