I did manage to get her quests using the auto-pilot method that others have been trying. Took a number of attempts and a lot of spam clicking to do, but I got them. Pretty unsatisfied I had to do it that way. This really needs attention, at least some proper acknowledgment that they’re aware of the problem.

Same here 18/5,i tried it again & now for some reason the npc’s didn’t phase out.
I can finnish pandaria loremaster.They only thing that is different was i finished the
Shieldwall campaign.

There is something that changed recently with the phasing here (it would seem). I am also trying to progress with my Uuna questline and she will not begin her dialog infront of the great wall (Just so happens that a post for this bug came up on the same day this post started).
To save others some time i did try flying in on a lvl 102 demon hunter, thinking that it hadnt started or unlocked anything mantid invasion related. I grabbed the quest and still had the phasing issues i did on all my other lvl 120 accounts.

I was finally able to get it to auto accept with Dugi questing essential (addon from curse with auto accept turned on) BTW rt click on the icon by your mini map to turn on auto accept… i did it in the options too, but when i rt clicked on the minimap icon it didnt have auto select marked.
I found it better to fly in from a distance (getting close then flying in didnt work at all). I came in from the west side(arrow facing east on map) and after 4 tries i was able to get them both. Make sure you spam click on her when flying in and then you dont have to click on the quest after it comes up, it should do everything after you brought up the initial window by spam clicking on her.
just to be clear, had already turned in the initial quest to her some time ago, and the 2 i picked up were Nope, and Falling Down

Can confirm this process works, tried it myself. Got the Dugi questing essential addon and followed what to do here from Decryptor and it works.
I wasn’t able to get the quest to auto accept from flying in but was able to get the quests to accept by using the rope to climb up and spammed clicked on Bowmistress Li and managed to get it first go, had to do it twice as it auto accepted only one of the two quests but none the less that method worked for me, hope it can help others.

Still bugged. They just did maintenance and i was banking on them fixing it. This bug is so frustrating. Can blizz just fix this already? im tired of going to Pandaria everyday to check if its changed just to be disapointed.

it’s not just bowmistress li, the flight master, len at arms, and others near her also disappears when you get near them. this is in the “old” vale too

I am also having a huge problem with turning in the quest. She vanishes and so does everyone around her. I’d really like this to be fixed because it’s all I have left to do in Pandaria.

I’m having the same issue. It’s really disappointing. Hoping for a fix soon, really don’t want to use an add on.

Still zero input from Blizzard. Top of the page on the bug forums daily. Did they shut down completely? I assume not as they are running maintenance and putting out patches. C’mon Bliz give us something here.

I literally haven’t logged back into the game since I couldn’t finish Loremaster because of this crap. Still nothing done.

I tried all kinds of things trying to get this NPC to appear. It looks like when they released 8.3 the zone lines moved. When you start in Dread Wastes, click on the rope to scale the wall, half way up the wall the zone changes to Vale… so when you land on top, you are not in Dread Wastes. Also when approaching via flight you can see the shift in zone. They need to fix the boundaries, but whatever.

SOLUTION (for those who want to pick up the quest):
Here is a step by step solution I have found to work based on other’s post.
1 - Install the addon “Azeroth Auto Pilot”;
2 - Log back in, and place your character on your flying mount next to the quest giver in Dread Wastes (flying just next to it, right by the wall);
3 - Fly in to the quest giver (Bowmistress Li) while spamming your right mouse click over her until the quest giver talks to you and you can see the quests;
4 - Do step 3 back and forth until the addon picks up both quests for you. The addon will eventually pick it up. This may take a few tries, but it didn’t take me but a couple of minutes of trial and error.
5 - The turn in for these quests luckily are not with her. You do not have to use the rope on the wall to complete the quests, once you pick them up, just fly down and start them.

I did what Brea just listed awhile back, and it worked for me. I finished MoP and am happily working through WoD now. Get that addon, and spam click till it works. It’d be nice if Blizzard would fix this soon, but getting Twitch/addon temporarily to knock this out was worth it for me.

Considering the zone completion is necessary for a slew of meta achievements, you’d think they would be on this.
05/22 - STILL bugged.
I can’t figure it out with any addon. Tried everything. Super frustrated.
