I think I got lucky with mine. The NPC stayed for a while to the point that I thought blizzard had fixed it lol. But they all disappeared, and just used the rope to go up and spammed her until I auto accepted both quests.

I just had this issue too, hit level 84 with a friend and got the starter zone quest and can’t hand it in because the npc keeps phasing out. Hope they fix this soon, we were trying to get our loremaster and can’t progress. I can’t find any other threads, seems it’s a fairly new bug.

We did this quest two weeks ago on Alliance and didn’t have this problem.

Good Day guys, I opened a ticket regarding this and the only thing they said is submit bug besides using the forums so I urge you all to do the same and hope that they fix this soon.

Finally got it to work with the addon, I noticed that if the game lagged any she stayed longer, So i loaded down the game with all kinds of Addon’s, 
and it finally worked. using the rope. Off to get another exalted, i have 84

Im having the same issue, all the NPCs disappear when zoning in. Lets hope for a fix soon

I am disappointed that this thread has not been at least acknowledged by any Blizzard representative. I can understand why it would take time to fix the bug, but so many of us shouldn’t be straight up ignored concerning this big of an issue in-game. You have a zone that is literally unavailable to players that pay a subscription for your game for all it’s areas and expansions to be playable. Everyone who is following this thread or joining, please continue to like, post, and report the bug in game (daily) so that we can be heard. Thanks.

i’m newish to wow, so i’m grinding through each expansion in order, getting loremaster as i go.
i’m level 104, haven’t touched anything post MoP, just finished all questlines in MoP except dread wastes - and i’m having the same phasing issue as everyone else in this thread.

Having the same problem here, on my lvl 120 Demon Hunter (Spirestone). Would REALLY like to continue these quests so I can finish some things off before Shadowlands.

I mean look on the bright side. By the time they fix it I will have completed Outland, Cata, and Shadowlands, so Pandaland will have the honor of being where I get that coveted loremaster.

I’m having this issue too. This is affecting even sub-120 characters. The Vale invasion phase breaks though the time travel phasing.

I’m having the same npc phasing issue ,Dread waste is the last area i need for the panda loremaster.

You just have to keep trying with auto pilot and eventually it will work. I have a really fast system so i dont think that is an issue in the end when it comes to how quickly she vanishes. Just keep using the rope to do it. And try disabling Auto Pilot, reload UI, and then enabling Auto Pilot again. I did that enough times that it seemed like eventually auto pilot was able to accept the last quest fast enough after enabling it. I think sometimes Auto pilot gets bugged and wont auto pick up certain quests unless you disable and re enable it. Ive experienced it before on other quests, luckily the other ones didnt disappear so i was able to just click them. I also enabled Auto pick up quest rewards just in case. But yeah, this is what worked for me. GL!

I tried it last night and it worked, the NPC stayed long enough to start the quests.

I just spent like 15 minutes trying to click to complete the quest quick enough, but it phases out too quick. I even tried Azeroth Auto Pilot, but it doesn’t even trigger before everything phases out.
