After waiting another 3 days I got another reply that just tells me to bug report and try logging out and back in again. It’s like they aren’t even reading what I’m writing. At this point there is clearly nothing that Blizzard Support can or will do for this problem.

Okay, , I understand the frustration and disappointment you must feel, that is why i went ahead and tried to search for a solution there is a player that reported that he logged out of the game and back in and the issue was solved we hope this helps you with the quest issue. We truly apologize for that. I would like to assure you that we have already escalated this issue to our Game Devs to solve it. I know that you reported a bug, but we kindly ask you to bug report again so it may reach the dev as they are the only ones that can fix bugs, and we need your help with the bug report since we have no contact with them, that will be greatly appreciated, as they are the only ones that can fix issues like this.

I had the exact same experience. I couldn’t believe that i couldn’t make a ticket anymore after making one about aspectral invitation. The support menu doesnt wan’t you to submit a ticket for quests anymore… support menu was also bugged so the interns are out in full force it seems. So i just picked a different topic that could make a ticket. When they answered it. They didnt even read my ticket correctly and gave me a horrible response.

tried doing a sync with a low level character, same error got the initial quest but no aspectral invitation.
also tried again on weekly reset today, still no quest. lovely.
Yeah, also having this problem. I’m predominantly trying to get this stuff opened so I can grind out Black Dragon rep with Wrathion/Sabellian on my fresh 70s from the MOP/pre TWW event,(Skip NPC and bread crumb quest aren’t there if you can’t start Dragonflight campaign,) but all of the characters I leveled through that can’t accept the weekly because they can’t start the campaign for Dragonflight, so I can’t grind the rep on any of those toons.
(Insert small indie company meme here), but all jokes aside… I mean, this is a little ridiculous.

This is my first ever post. I just hit this issue on my LVL 72 Human Warrior. Spent the last year and a half completing all of the old expansions in prep for Dragonflight and The War Within. ‘Aspectral Invitation’ is unavailable from Wrathion whilst he is at Stormwind Keep. Cannot do intro quests to lead to Waking Shores. If I travel to Waking Shores, obviously no quests pop up. Hope this gets fixed. Wanted to do everything on one character.

level 39 alt was able to pickup aspectral invitation without issue.
now ill have to level something and check each level for when it disappears. (probably via dungeons so i know its not a quest thing)
Previous experimentation makes it seem like 70 is the cutoff. In my personal experience, a level 70 character was able to successfully take the quests and go to the Isles and proceed; a level 71 was not able to take Aspectral Invitation. If anyone can confirm or refute this feel free! That’s just what I’ve managed myself.

All my level 60’s and alternate LVL 70 can. My 72 cannot. Missed it by that much

Hey I think it finally got fixed! I successfully completed the quest line on a level 78 and a level 71 on Alliance side, and the level 78 has nearly unlocked the Obsidian Citadel. If anybody can check Horde side? All of my Horde characters are either level 70-or-less, or have already accessed the Dragon Isles, since I started making a point of doing it on everybody immediately if they were 70 before going into tWW. However on Alliance-side everything seems to be working just fine! 'Bout time. Here’s hoping it sticks and that it’s not somehow just me!

pretty sure it’s finally fixed. upon logging in today i was able to get Aspectral Invitation and that should lead down the quest line to the zeppelin to dragon isles. still no access to the portal to dragon isles but i suspect (or hope) it will unlock after a certain point in the questline.
I took a month break because this wasn’t fixed only to come back today for the Anniversary just to find out that this issue is still not fixed. I’m like WTF Blizzard! All of my lvl 70+ remix characters still can not start the waking shores questline. They had like two months to fix this and they did not, like it’s not an important enough issue for them to fix. I actually feel like they do know about this issue and are purposely not fixing it. It is such an easy fix too. They just have to add the “The Dragon Isles Await” quest that sends you to Wrathion to another NPC that also gives you the “Lost Dragonscale” item that teleports you to Wrathion . Pick up that quest from the new or existing NPC and then go to Wrathion to turn it in and we should be good to go.
I just tried logging in a level 46 remix alt (Zandalari Troll) that never started DF content. No quest popped for me, but when I opened my quest log, I have a notification saying: Dragonflight 0/5 chapters. Continue the campaign by accepting the quest “Into the Plains” in the Waking Shores.
No intro quests available. I hopped onto the zepplin and when I got there, there were only two quests available at Wingrest Embassy. (From Such Great Heights and Give Peace a Chance.) Neither of them are campaign related. The Into the Plains quest mentioned above is at Dragonscale Embassy. And that quest sends you into Ohn’ahran Plains. There are no other campaign related quests showing up for The Waking Shores. I can fly around and find the non-campaign quests just fine, but I can’t start the actual campaign from the beginning.
Left Thaldrazus via the portal to Org and headed to Chromie. Accepted the timewalking option for Dragonflight. Nothing happened beyond the swirly effect. No quest popped sending me anywhere. Nothing in my quest log. Ebyssian is not in his usual place in Org. Still nothing at the zepplin tower. No portal to the Waking Shores.
