I am not prompted when landing in legio dalaran I have done class hall quests on three other characters already any advice
Make sure you can track trivial quests turned on.

Problem is non of the npcs are where there supposed to be
I believe you need to do the intro into Legion, Parasi. Once you have completed “In the Blink of an Eye”, you should be given the next quest to select your weapon, etc…

Thanks for the reply I have tried to track down every npc that offers that quest and checked the board for it no luck is it possible that its bugged ?
Go to the docks outside Orgrimmar. Track trivial quests.
Can I get some help here I have done class quests on all my alts I shouldn’t need to any pre quests you only have to do it once its very obviously bugged on my DH
The blues have gone home for the night turning on trivial quest would be ur best. Or getting a port to new dalaran or broken shores and see if any quests are avable.
Checked everywhere there’s nothing 
probably has something to do with me faction swapping this character id imagine
You still have to do the prequests to unlock the content which is the Broken Shores, up to the point where you get the hearthstone for Dalaran as a quest reward. Every character has to do those if they want the class hall. Did you check the war board in Orgrimmar?

It doesn’t show the legion ones I literally filled my journal and deleted the quests multiple times no legion quests
Open a stuck on quest ticket be very specific no hyperboles no life stories just stick to the facts. Be nice be courteous hopefully a gm can get you sorted out. Did you try the quest tracker on wowhead.
Yea nothing I opened a ticket il have to try be more specific I suppose
according to the quest tracker, (and the blue poster) you need to complete
the quest: In The Blink Of An Eye
which starts from Elthyn Darai
as others have mentioned, make sure you have enabled the option to track trivial quests.

Since it wasn’t spelled out and is easily missed, here’s his to turn on trivial quests.
Click the tiiiiny pair of binoculars on the top left of your minimap. Towards the bottom of the list is the Trivial Quests option, just make sure it has a check mark next to it.
The binoculars icon is so so small and hard to see!

That’s my problem though that npc isn’t there i started it on my DH before I faction swapped and now non of the npcs talk to me
not sure why the NPC wouldn’t be there, these are faction specific.
but let’s try some other stuff.
Have you spoken to Holgar Stormaxe?
…via the dialog option, instead of looking for a quest?
have you obtained your Legion Hearthstone?
if not, go to Dalaran and grab the hearthstone from Amisi Azuregaze

Its not on the war board either and yea I have can’t use legion hearth and cant speak to holgar
is there any chance that this character was boosted?
Was leveled from level 1 I faction swapped though so I think its just bugged
