Cant purchase the Character Transfer (TBC Classic)

I cant purchase the character transfer because the option to do so isnt even there, just the menu to purchase the burning crusade pack and that’s all that is showing up. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do or if its on Blizzard’s end?

Last I heard it was taken down due to some issues.

Character Transfer for the Burning Crusade Classic are currently offline. Last I checked they should be coming back “soon”, but I don’t have an exact ETA. If that changes I’ll pass it along.
