Can't make a support ticket or get past the character screen

I have tried to submit tickets through battlenet and can’t. Can someone at Blizzard PLEASE HELP ME

Here is some more details. I log onto battle.net and try to open a ticket. I can edit the ticket but when I go to submit the wait animation over that button just goes in a loop. The same thing happens in the character loading screen. It is just before the camp screen. I don’t get a warband camp or anything. Can’t click on anything.

Yes, that is why I changed the title of this thread to list both things. It is related to the same issue that is being worked on.

Ticket is not necessary, server login is known.

Stuck on "Retrieving character list" & seeing Character Not Found - 4/22

Stuck on “Retrieving character list”. Another player on the same network is fine. Tried rebooting etc. None of my accounts work. Tried multiple computers (no addons). Anyone else stuck? I get a weird blue bar at the top of the character screen that I’ve never seen before too.

Try using different browsers Firefox, Chrome, Edge, it’s possible one of them will work even if the others are failing, if those all fail, you could also try using the browser on your phone.

Obviously this isn’t a solution and wont fix the problem, but could let you submit a ticket.
