Can't list M+ group

Got a Mechagon 15 key from vault
Try and list it in group finder. Key and level auto fills because I don’t have the authenticator [THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE RELATED TO THE AUTHENTICATOR], press “List Group” and I just get a “listing group” progress wheel for a couple of seconds and then it goes right back to the set up page without listing the group. No error are reason given.

Disabled all addons. Problem persists.

WORKAROUND

Entering into a Shadowlands instance and then listing the key will allow the LFG tool to work as expected. Only tested MoTS so far but assume this will be true of all Shadowlands instances.

Thanks to Actrise for the workaround.

EDIT 8/22:
This appears to have been broken again but this time the workaround isn’t working.

I would hold off on burning your key, just did a +5 Junkyard and none of our loot was scaled.

Actually, wasn’t even planing on using it. Was just trying to see how many people are applying because I can’t seem to get into anything even 2’s with 277 ilVl and 2700 io from last season.

But loot not scaled…

Beginning to suspect this was an issue.

Same issue can list season 3 keys no problem but any of the new dungeons wont work when i try to start a group.

I guess the question is did we all refuse to normalize the behavior of installing phone software with a blizzard EULA attached to it?

Can’t list non shadowlands keys. Pretty sure its related to Auth group restrctions

Same problem +2 Workshop and will get a list group for barely a second and just won’t do anything. :frowning: Also dont know why it shows my lvl 23 hunter??? But im 60 ilvl 240+.

I’m having this issue as well. Nothing happens when I click create group.

I too am having this issue too and I def think it’s a bug. If you notice, you can still create arena groups. Fingers crossed blizz fixes it and it’s not a tactic to make people get an authenticator

I hate to say this - but getting the authenticator fixes this problem. So we can confirm that the problem has to do with people making groups who don’t have the authenticator.

Blizzard doesn’t care, this has been a problem another friend of mine had for an entire season.

This makes me feel better about my choice to end my subscription last night though - they made it a very easy choice for me.

Never change at being a small indie company blizz. You suck.
