Broken keys anyone?

Can't list M+ group

Got a Mechagon 15 key from vault Try and list it in group finder. Key and level auto fills because I don’t have the authenticator [THIS DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE RELATED TO THE AUTHENTICATOR], press “List Group” and I just get a “listing group” progress wheel for a couple of seconds and then it goes right back to the set up page without listing the group.
