It appears to be happening at a greater frequency at least, I am noticing more posts in trade chat and this thread is getting a lot of views.
yea but than again blizzard just says screw them we not gonna read this or acknowledge its srry for me being a negative nancy now but its actually a shame 15 years old of a game and we still getting ignored all the time and when they feel like fixing it they will otherwise its just screw us makes me sad 
i mean there is nothing on mmo-champion and nothing on wowhead about it so that tels the storry

so ive tested it maded a night elf did exile’s reach got to lvl 10 and out of there and im stuck as well cant get the quest to bfa and cant even talk to chromie to choose another leveling expansion… so atm the whole game is messed up

yea but thats just in france so should not mean them not fixinx stuff
it can also be employees from blizzard for any other game like overwatch or diablo they not saying its from actuall wow side
maybe they were working on OW2 or something else… who knows

I did 45-50 last night doing BfA side quests only, so you can definitely get to 50, but I still have the same issue of not being able to start the war campaign whatsoever.
If you’re wondering if it somehow fixes itself at level 50: it doesn’t.

not a bug i found a fix to get started.

DO THE QUESTS ON THE DOCKS OF ZULDAZ TO UNLOCK THIS QUEST AND GET STARTED.
thats horde dude and yes it is bugged alliance have no possible way to get into bfa or get the starter quest so u can type in caps all u want and say its not a bug but it is the quest tides of war is not obtainable in no way possible so alliance have no way getting starter quest for bfa and if they take boat to boralus there is nothing there

That’s horde; Several people, myself included, have checked a horde character after having this issue on alliance and found no problem whatsoever on horde. The alliance issue is that there is simply no way to progress
