Has anyone found a solution? My GM ticket was closed with the same generic response everyone is getting, to just check Wowhead and turn off my addons. 
you can reopen it and put it back in queue.
edit: no work around as of yet.
well i mean if they read forums and stuff im sure they should know about this know plenty of poeple maded tickets about it as well wich wait time is just going up only yes i get it they might be busy etc but now poeple are just stuck/forced leveling in old content its not a choice anymore haha
chances are they know a problem exists and they are working on a fix, which takes time. No, i donât like defending blizzard, this should have been tested and caught earlier.
and they can say check wowhead but wowhead doesnt say nothing apart from u need to be lvl 10 wich we know
okay i get that but than u cant disagree with me that they should let us know if they know about it instead of just letting is gamble to see if they knowor not and if it wil get fixed or not⌠i mean 15 years old and they stil dont know how to comunicate

Iâm surprised that wowheads hasnât run an article yet on this so people realize itâs not just them.
I assume this was broken in the hot fixes so I would assume another hotfix would fix it? But basically cutting out an entire xpac of content by âaccidentâ seems like quite the oversight.
yea there is nothing about it on wowhead i mean i even had to google for like a solid 1 hour before i even found out more people havind the issue there is nothing about ito n mmo champion neither and my ticket wait time went from 4 days to 8 days now lol
I took 5 of my horde alts through the intro to their BFA capitol city(giant useless pyramid) last night, and when i switched to Alliance around 10:30pm - 11pm CST the last 4 Ally characters couldnât do it, and still cannot.
So Iâve done some testing on what works and what doesnât. You roll a start a base race character and do Exileâs Reach so that the Stormwind tour quest triggers⌠if you skip that tour, you canât get the quest. Currently my group of friends canât find any other way to trigger the quest at any point, so this ONLY works for fresh level 10s who have come from Exileâs and done the tour. Everything else seems broken.

Already posted this in a similar thread in the customer support forms but my wifeâs 45 (pre existing 110) has the same issue. Completed Battle for Lordearon but is not getting any other quest such as Tides of War. She can take the Boat to Boralus but not the mage portal, and does not appear to have an options once there. Biggest issue is she needs BFA to level to 50 as she actually completed all quests in all previous expansions⌠Maybe has a few side quests but nothing close to what is needed to get from 45-50.
Having this same issue on a fresh Lightforged Draenei. Iâm able to start any zone except for BFA. Apparently, the only way to start the BFA questline is to make a non allied race character and choose the exileâs reach starting experience. After completing exiles you should be able to go right into BFA. Thatâs currently the only way to do that expansionâs content.
EDIT: That Blizzard hasnât even acknowledged the problem yet is whatâs bothering me the most. I just hope that at least they are aware of it.

i didnt looked at the exact hour but yes, i had the quest available since prepatch up until around 10pm yesterday when it suddenly vanished and i know there was a hotfix around that time, so my best guess is that whatever they did in the hotfix messed up this quest?

Yeah thursday it was working fine. I leveled my void elf priest, started a paladin, warlock, hunter and rogue just fine before. But as of this morning, it isnât working. All the methods I used previously donât seem to be working.
Im starting to piece this out, talking to friends and such.
This appears to be an Alliance only issue, can we get corroboration on that?
yea but blizz is not acknowledge anything so for now if u wanan do bfa just make a normal character dont bother with allied races cause thequest wont pop up for you there is nos single way to get into bfa and it surprises me with all the poeple maded tickets about it posted on forums they still dont know about it there is nothing on mmo-champion about it there is nothing on wowhead about it so this might get fixed in maybe a week or 2 when they have a patch again

my normal dwarf priest is stuck in stormwind at level 10, after exiles reach. so itâs not just allied races.
maded 3 new hord allied races just now and same thing quest isnt there
