After having reached lvl 50 via Chromie Time Walking on my alt, I was ported to Stormwind and then I got the Heart of Azeroth quest, but was never offered the BfA starter quests beyond that. Also when I made my way to Boralus, I found that I could not start the War Campaign quests to access Zandalar so I could do world quests there.

I can’t pick up BfA quests on any lvl character. I think they must have disabled some quests to resolve some issues. I was able to pick up these various quests yesterday, but something changed today.

Same problem here on my priest. Got quest to get neck then nothing else from magni. After that I decided to hearth and took portal to boralus from stormwind and could only find the quest to unlock world quests.

Did you start this character before or after the patch?
I started a new paladin to see the new starting experience, and upon selecting timewalking the BFA questline was the first set of quests I got. I’ve already got boralis unlocked and can just go there through the portal in SW like anyone else.
Does the portal not work for you or something? Did you abandon those quests and somehow skip opening up BFA?
I’m also stuck on this. I logged in and the quest is just gone from my quest log. I can sail to Kul Tiras by boat but there are no quests there. I can not start BFA at all.

i have the same issue, i found out online at level 10 you will automatically get the BFA quests, but all my characters were made before Pre-patch. which means thats where the bug is i assume, as my level 13 and level 40’s couldn’t access BFA content at all other than taking boat there. and then nothing. hopefully blizz fixes this obvious glitch soon

Same. Also a character that I was levelling prior to prepatch, then used chromie time to finish levelling to 50.
After completing the quest from Magni to get my neck, there is no follow up. I was able to leave the chamber via the floor port and get back outside to the staging area where Magni is in Silithus, but cannot use the portal pad to get back into the chamber. Making my way to SW or Boralus, there are no auto-accept popup or continuation quests, just WQ’s that have been unlocked.

Also having the same problem on a character that was 110 before prepatch dropped. I leveled to 50 in Legion timewalking and am unable to start any of the BfA breadcrumb quests for 8.0, 8.2 or 8.3.

Having the same issue been all over Silithus and Boralus , no progression after Magni’s first armor quest.

Ditto. Having the same problem. I can’t seem to be able to bring up the BFA questline after starting a new character, and playing through the timewalking timeline. Character started after the patch. Yes i saw the questline while leveling, but went with WoD and Legion to level instead of BFA. Thinking maybe that was a bad choice?

Having the same issue on my Kul’Tiran Shaman who was created and played before the patch. I did choose Legion Chromie Time initially, but I’ve ‘returned to the present’ and the quests did not show up for BFA.

Same problem but with a fresh Allied Race lvl 10. Can use the tunneler from Dark Iron Dwarf spawn to Stormwind. I can catch the boat to Boralus but no quests available. There is one on the KulTiras map at Castaway Point but do not have flight points or ferry destinations to get there.
In Stormwind there are only Chromie options up to Legion, and a starter quest in the Palace for Pandaria. There is no option to kick off the BfA quests.

yep yesterday i picked the quest up on my void elf priest just fine and leveld al the way to lvl 50 in bfa… now today i maded a void elf warlock and the quest is completely gone so i can level in every expansion apart from bfa and blizzars isnt saying anything

I am glad to see that I am not alone. I took all my Horde Alts through to the start of BFA yesterday. To set their hearthstones to that inn. I then went on to do the same with my Alliance alts. but my 45 Monk, 40 DH, 42 Mage, and new level 10 priest that just finished Exile’s do not get the Pop up for Tides of War.

yep and blizzard isnt sharing any information on it neither so now we play a wow version where we can go to all the old expansion but not the current one and they wont fix this until they feel like fixing it

Same issue here on my 49 Worgen Rogue. Made the character well before the pre-patch. I’ve been trying all kinds of things to trigger them, but nothing has worked so far. I think it might be an issue with my character’s level being so high and the quest probably being labeled as level 10 now. Might not auto-accept trivial quests. Just a guess.

@aerathyr no not really the quest used ot be on the stormwind guard next to the command board i picked it up on my lvl 10 priest and my lvl 45 rogue yesterday since today its completely gone so we just have to accept we can only level in old expansions now haha
