I wanted to post in the dragon thread on my wizard lizard but the change character button said ‘nonono’ and only put my Btag. Is Blizzard getting rid of characters on WoW forums?

No it just bugs out sometimes. It’ll be available again soon (takes a few hours). I wouldn’t recommend logging out of the forums at this time.

I havent been able to swap characters on phone or PC for awhile. Also sometimes sot signs me into an inactive old wow liscense on the account I never used so I have characters to post with. Buggy as heck

I just tested it for you and I received the same - shows only my Btag , not my other 69 characters as an option. Although, my account is set to close on 12/17

Even weirder my phone randomly chose this char to use when I made him on launch of anniversary classic. My PC uses my old rogue I never play from like bfa. Lol won’t let me swap off either so no clue what my main mage corruptionn or my dk tyrmaull have had for updates in awhile

I can change characters just fine Blizzard just likes me more I guess

It can be buggy, which is why I don’t bother changing characters, not even my main. This website really sucks.

Wordt is when it swaps the char on its own and you can’t swap back lol.

If it helps that’s happening for me too, it tends to freak out at times just give it a bit to sort itself out. Don’t sign out though as that won’t solve it

To change your character, you must first change your habits for they become your character

On mobile? I haven’t been able to change my character on the mobile forum in a long time because the character select button hangs off the screen and you can’t reach it. Which is very annoying because occasionally it will bug out and log me out, and when I log back in I’m someone else. I have to change characters on pc, which will then also correct it on mobile.

The fix is logging completely out of the forum, and back in. Only way to swap characters. When it sticks again, just log out and back in again.
