I have been having an issue that started today. Upon loading in to some arenas I am unable to cast/summon soul well. I can type in chat, I can see all opponents and teammates casting, but my character will not cast. I cannot /quit. I cannot leave the arena. If I alt+f4 and restart the game I can play again.
Any Ideas? Has this happened to anyone else? It is frustrating for me and for my teammates.
Edit: Just happened again on Tiger’s Peak AFTER I cast my soul well I couldn’t summon a pet or mount.
The icon lights up as if I were going to cast it and my character starts the animation, but no cast bar. Also, /reload doesn’t fix it…the ui reloads but I still have the issue. I suspect its some kind of network issue but a really strange one because I can still see everyone else doing their abilities. and can still chat.
I do not have a firewall interfering with the game and like I said this only started today.
I have restarted the game, the internet, and my computer but it still happens.
Sounds like a network issue a bit but then you say stuff loads and you can see others do stuff so that doesn’t make sense. Have you tried disabling all your add-ons? Could have one interfering, just a shot in the dark.
Probably better off moving the thread to the Customer Support section or creating a new one for a more accurate response, even from a GM. Heads up though, it’s filled with people asking why they got banned, big ban wave went out today.
