Like I said, no one was there. I couldn’t talk to Mograine. Using Chromie Time to swap to Shadowlands did not materialize him. I did not receive A Chilling Summons on login.

I understand that, but you are repeating your experience back in November. The majority of those issues were resolved within a couple of days after that.
