Looking for some community help since the ticket wait time is 45 days… I used Chromie to finish leveling up my DH in Cata to lvl 60. I wanted to try some Shadowlands before Dragonflight drops, but I am not getting the quest “Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons” to appear in Stormwind. The Death Gate is not at the steps, Chromie does not offer it, it is not on the adventure board, and I can’t click on the portal in the mage tower. I was able to get a summons there, but there are no quests available to start the expansion. I do own all the expansions to include Shadowlands and Dragonflight.
Anyone else have this problem and find a solution?

not sue if it will help but did you try a warboard?

The Warboard is the same as the adventure board, isn’t it? I think the Alliance and Horde call it different things.
Rivan, do you mind if I poke around a bit? I’d just need you to jump onto a different character while I look. Just let me know.

Alright, you can take the reins again. I’m not sure why you can’t pick up that quest, but we’re poking at it. I’ll let you know what we find as soon as I hear back.

Actually. My person says that they were pushed “A Chilling Summons” when they entered Stormwind. I didn’t experience that when trying on your character, but they like showing me up… so.
Try going back to Stormwind when you get a moment and see if you get the quest.

hi, similar issue on my rogue (lvl 57). I tried re-entering org and no luck,

Under level 60 you would need to speak with Chromie to select that expansion to level through.

Yup, I have. I’ve tried also going back to the original timeline, and then selecting Shadowlands again. No luck.
It seems the day for it, so mind if I take a look? I just need you to switch characters.

I am having the same exact issue on my character Alasander on Shadow Council. I cannot get the starting quest “A Chilling Summons” despite picking up the Chromie time and flying in and out of Stormwind, logging in and out, etc.

Alright. Thanks Warrybarry. It seems weird that you aren’t being pushed that quest though any other timeline seems to work fine. Probably some kinks in the machine when adding it to Chromie time.
We’re checking it out. I don’t need the character at this time so you can log back into it.
