Cannot select Americas for claiming 6 month reward

I cannot pick Americas when Bnet launcher asks you to select your region for the reward. I have Europe, Taiwan, Korea…

any fix? I am clearly in Americas, never had this issue before.

Americas and Oceanus missing from drop down in APP for gift

The gift should have been delivered directly to you in-game, so please check your collection in-game. The gift itself was delivered twice, which is why it appears in the app, but since you already have it for NA that region won’t be a choice when you attempt to redeem it. You can select another region if you want, but the gift should eventually disappear.
