The most egregious issue is having Lightforged Draenei and Mag’har Orcs be Warlock without any substantial lore revision.

Welp, I’m guessing you’ll be the 1%er’s who cancel their sub to make a point to protest warlocks being available to all races. Each to their own. I main warlock, play several in fact, I love the class fantasy. I’m making ONE of Each race new to warlock in 10.1.5. I can’t wait!!

Just because someone wasn’t something in the past doesn’t mean they can’t be in the future. That’s not lore. For example and I’ve used this in another post - I’ve never been a long distance runner - but if i woke up tomorrow and decided I wanted to do it and trained to do it why can’t i?

I won’t quit the game over it because unfortunately my favorite race is Kul Tirans, I unlocked them day one on release & really pondered why they couldn’t be warlocks when drustvar was such a dark zone.

Same suit with any other racial leader; we don’t report to them unless we are specifically undertaking tasks from them, we report to the greater Faction as a whole.

This is the most nonsensical thing you’ve posted on the subject so far. Just because we don’t report directly to the leader every time, doesn’t mean we aren’t beholden to their “rule”. We are subjects under their rule, and the “lowly” quests we do gain us renown to be in their presence. Until then, they let their lieutenants handle the minor tasks. We don’t “report to the faction as a whole” we report to our immediate superior, and word of our deeds goes up the command chain.

Do you really think Captain Picard knows ALL the minor details of how the ship is run at any one moment? Give me a break.

Does every Human on Earth or in the Federation answer to Picard? Does every Human in Starfleet answer to Picard? Hell, I don’t even know if every person on his ship reports to him. He’s only in command of, you guessed it, the Enterprise. Which is a prestigious position mind, but it is not the whole of Starfleet, who can and has gone over his head on multiple occasions. Hell, they even went behind his back to push Riker to Captain rather than remaining Picard’s lapdog, and that was before Locutus.

In this scenario, our Human isn’t reporting to Picard, not unless our Starfleet contact tells us to, and Picard doesn’t get to say ‘no’ when Starfleet tells him ‘take this person onboard’.
