Nothing is as nice as the Dracthyr set, but this Hunter set isn’t as bad as Amirdrassil.
I like the boots, but that’s about it.
Hunters have never had good looking sets for the most part. They take more L’s than any other class.

Blizzard’s art team director was obviously ganked by a hunter back in vanilla and they’ve carried a grudge ever since.

I don’t like the fel green glow, hate fel green, but I really like the rest. Looks better than all the hunter sets from current expansion.
Ps. You want to talk about ugly sets…look at the monk set, it’s beyond hideous. They always are.

Hopefully I can get the red one on this Alliance character, I’d use pieces of it for my mog.
If you’re playing Hunters and don’t like the “dead animal” aesthetic, you’re playing the wrong class.
We’re not all dainty elven rangers.
Nature-themed sets belong to Druids, and Shaman.

They said theyd be able to wear something at some point maybe and to only see that set in visage which I hate on mine to make it look that good while hunter tier again looks like dungeon sets…

Gonna main Hunter and there’s no way I’ll ever use the typical Hunter sets. They are always the worst. My Hunter will be a Dark Ranger so she’ll be dressed like that.
It’s not even that bad. I don’t mind it at all

I was hunter for ages. This makes me cry. AND YET HAVE YOU SEEN THE MAIL QUESTING SETS? THEY ARE AMAZING. My hunter would rather transmog those then…That abomination.

Dead animal atheistic is fine. It needs more of it… It’s suffering from what most hunter sets suffer from… The chest and legs really don’t feel like they match the other parts and just come off as lazy and basic.
Look at the legs …almost nothing stands out at all, the belt could have ammo pouches could be hunter things somewhere, skulls or pelts… Nothing just bland brown smooth boring.
I think if they removed the green glow effects it wouldn’t be half bad. We’re not warlocks.

I’d rather have quivers and ammo pouches
thigh quivers
shoulder slung quivers(think arrow purse for crossbow quick reload)
classic across the back quivers.
instead hunters get a skull headdress that would be more class fantasy as a ritual adornment instead of “work clothes”.

At least give an animal pelt hanging off around the thighs or load my hunter down to the teeth with ammo.
I love the animal skin skull aesthetic, the issue is blizzard never implements it well or leaves as I said much of the hunter set looking barren and dull.
