Can we put Teldrassil comments to rest?

Spoilers:

The Arathi Highlands and Alterac Mountains have been devoid of natural resources for several decades.

Upon hearing of his wasted investment, Lifetime President Wrynn had this to say:

“We have to recoup our losses any way we can, so…you’re all fired. It’s not you, it’s me.”

Well, Sylvanas did tell him to muzzle his dog, and she asked politely, and called him “your majesty”. It would have been rude for the High King to allow his dog to continue its noise.

Anduin wouldn’t do the firing tbh he doesn’t have it in him. “Gen we need to go through a restructuring and I need you to break the news to the others.”

“But don’t worry! They’ll all be able to find major new resettlements in Westfall, I’m sure! After all, it worked back in dad’s day, right?”

And if you do a good job, I’ll give you ear scratches and let you lick my boots later

God, that comment makes me miss the Stormheim Genn even more :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

“Okay, so six months as a deadline turned out to be a little aggressive given all of the required approvals and regulatory expectations. So we have developed a three-year, three-phase initiative. We’re calling it “3 in 3”. In year one, we are going to further develop the project plan, bring in consultants to determine industry best practices, schedule listening sessions with impacted groups, and complete the budget and project approvals. In year two, we will strategically align the required resources, and ensure that everything is bullet proof before we move into our execution phase in year three. Now, you’ve asked me about the scope, and we do feel, after having completed our initial analysis, that we shouldn’t try and boil the ocean here, so we are going to restrict the geographic location impacted to just the Northern part of Darkshore. I’ve talked to the board and we feel that the rest of it should be the subject of a phase II sprint that we will set up at the completion of phase I, according to the same framework.”

Anduin: “Genn you do thing I’m a good ceo right?”

Genn: “Well we’ve seen a downturn on our profits at the beginning of your tenure, but our acquisitions and stocks are on the rise so yes.”

Anduin: “Oh thank the light, I thought everyone would hate me.”

Mob of employees gather outside with pitchforks.

There are people here who literally would have no other reason to post. The only proactive thing you can do is to refuse to read their threads and respond to them. If they lost their audience, they’d stop posting. You might as well ask a Ferengi to open a charity ward.

As soon as Sylvanas is brought to answer for her crimes, I’d imagine yes - in time. If she has some half-cooked redemption arc, then I’d imagine never.

Going by Blizzard’s track record, they’ll likely botch it either way… so I don’t need to imagine, only predict, that the outrage threads about Teldrassil are here to stay.

Horde people, for numerous crimes against honor, for repeated crimes against honor, for active support of the wicked regime, for conniving at the wicked regime, for providing troops to the wicked regime, for keeping the supporters of the wicked regime alive after its fall, you are sentenced to execution by burning.
The right to a lawyer is canceled for the above reasons.
Advocate, for maintaining the wicked regime, for helping the human races, for providing troops to the wicked regime, for keeping the followers of the wicked regime alive after its fall, you are sentenced to death by burning.
Human, you are sentenced to death by burning for preserving the lives of representatives of an unholy regime, for failing to provide military assistance to your allies, for refusing to subject those involved in the unholy regime to death.

The rule of participation of a advocate is canceled due to negative experience of its use in the past. Further attempts to justify the representatives of the wicked regime will be punishable by death through burning.

Hmm… So-so result.

What the hell is this?

Not sure - what the hell are you?

Certainly not a weird RP post seemingly from the perspective of Tyrande Whisperwind, that’s what.

I would hope not, but I don’t feel that answers my question.

An attempt at jurisprudence from a person who does not understand anything about it. Warcraft lore was mainly learned by reading the WoW RU forums. And all this was passed through an automatic translator due to lack of knowledge of the language.

Basically - an attempt to “repeat” a scene from “Pirates of the Caribbean”, reading out the deprivation of rights. Perhaps the Tyrande postscript was redundant. Or maybe everything was superfluous.

Nvm, based.

Never mind? Or some other acronym?

I have noticed that the Russians are particularly vehement about the awful treatment we’ve been given. They are also generally less sympathetic to my attempts to incorporate Horde concerns into my solutions.

Are you talking about the Ghost of the Forest? Призрак леса? Or other forum members?
Maybe. True, usually the proposed solutions are liked by few and pretty quickly everything turned into proofomancy.
