Yeah but you asking people to stick out another 2+ yrs in SL by going the 9.3 route and I don’t think the majority can handle it Considering how long we have already been in the SL…

I don’t think 10.0 will be the magical panacea some folks think it will be.
It will probably be more systems, more currencies - everything SL is but wrapped up in a nice, pretty box.

9.2 will be the final patch. It will come out in early spring 22’ and they’ll ride it for a good chunk of the year.
Yea, people just want a new expansion to complain about…
… As a matter of fact, since the next expansion invalidates everything the previous expansion… Is it really called an Expansion?
Expansions tend to be in their best form in the. 3 patch. Do you really want to hurry to go in to an unbalanced, buggy, rushed expansion where they don’t listen to player feedback until it’s too late multiple patches later all over again?

If I was not concerned about a new expansion looking horrible unfinished by rushing it, I would be all for it. I am so over SL but I don’t want to risk getting another bad expansion.

The only way that happens in Activision goes bankrupt and the Warcraft IP somehow gets into the hands of a privately held corporation.

It feels like it has to end at 9.2. I think I will have all 17 of my characters at max level by 9.2 or quickly into it. I don’t think I’ve ever had them all leveled before the final patch of an expansion, it’s always been after that patch when I finish the last few for optimum leveling swiftness.
True, despite all of Shadowlands problems it’s better than BFA. (This is not saying much)

Well, that’s not going to happen. There’s definitely going to be a 9.2 and I would guess now that will have a raid with the Jailer as the final boss and that SHOULD be the end. Shocking, I know, who could have predicted it?
Works for me. T’aint gonna happen - just think happy thoughts and maybe we can at least fly next expac instead of a handout for alts.
What makes you think that the new expansion will be any better?
Shadowlands seemed very promising before launch and ended up being mediocre. It’s not as bad as BFA (yet, still waiting for some garbage system like corruption) but nowhere near what it promised.
