What you asked for was a watered down LFD. No agency, modern matchmaking mentality so people don’t get to choose who they invite:
Tell me that if I don’t like LFD don’t use it? Well classic doesn’t have LFD, so if you don’t like classic don’t play it. You’re the one complaining asking for changes here mate.

You have the option to opt out in RDF… you just drop group. And then you requeue in a few minutes. As opposed to just not doing the daily at all if you don’t like it, and according to some people missing a single daily is game breaking loss of character progression.
RDF gives you quite a bit more agency there.

No that was me giving an optional solution to you in a response post sir. And it was following my true opinion of integrating LFG BB.
The actual post itself is just asking for the removal of the tool. And explaining the bugs i have come across making it a broken system.
You cannot regroup. You are locked out of regrouping for 15-30 mins. Either way this isn’t a good solution to any problem, just randomly joining and leaving when you get a bad dungeon. That’s very antisocial, no wonder you want LFD so badly if you think that’s a good dungeon experience.
Not stunned you find social interactions laughable in classic, given you went on a megaserver. That’s a YOU problem.

As a developer myself, I’m gonna go ahead and assume there are some extenuating circumstances that prevent a “copy/paste”.
We’re not trying to optimize pug efficiency, we’re trying to optimize overall game experience.
I’m asking for Patch 3.3 with all of its QoL changes as was done for TBC and Vanillia with phased raids. I’m asking for what is expected. You anti RDF clowns are the ones demanding changes

You’re asking for LFD at launch. That wasn’t in wrath, it’s a change. I’m fine with LFD alongside ICC when it was released. You’re asking for changes, not me.

That is a lot more agency than not having any option at all.
Why is it a problem? RDF also provides a very easy means to replace someone who leaves.
No I’m asking for what is expected, by your logic no one should get duel talent, or tome of cold weather flying, or the daily heroic, those all came later

Ummm, this new system is "lfd at launch " sir you’re literally supporting the same change your pretending to fight.
Are we asking to alter the game more than what it already is? And the Group Finder that we currently have in Shadowlands doesn’t even encourage social behaviour either.
And a LOT less agency than being able to decide what dungeons you do and who you play with.
Why is that a good thing? Classic is about making you work with sub optimal conditions because of the time replacing people takes. Kicking people and people leaving should impact your runs, this is why so many people see RFD as creating a system of faceless bodies teleporting in and out of your dungeons. Everyone is instantly replicable, nobody matters. That isn’t a good system, it’s antisocial and why so many people moved away from retail.
Which is a change. You’re asking for changes, LFD on launch is a change. Just admit it. We had this discussion yesterday and I would be 100% fine with none of those things being at launch.

Sure it is, the option to requeue and get a different dungeon is a lot more agency than do the daily or not.
I don’t care for the new system, but i’d take it over LFD anyway. it’s much less of a change and if we have to have changes because of crying tourists i’d rather have this tool than what these people are demanding.
