No. Nobody actually wants this, but they’re agreeing with you to sound tolerant and inclusive and “cool”

Tholo and Anren from Mount Hyjal, obviously.
Burn this person.
They pointed out that most people cant write characters beyond MALE + MALE NOW KISS! = lgbt.
If a new LGBT couple is to be entered into the lineup of characters, how about introducing some new people that are fully open for character development. There is no reason to rewrite those already in the game. It would be the most logical way - it satisfies the desires of people and doesn’t upset others.
Ah, I see you have very refined taste! Love it.
LGBT or not being more or less irrelevant, I can’t find any point to caring about fictional relationships in a game. Just can’t do it. Was gonna say more but it’s not even worth it. I literally could not care less, I’m in a pretty danged good relationship IRL and that’s the only one I care about.
People who read romance seem unfulfilled or bored or both. That said, as a writer romances can be fun to write, if a bit difficult assuming you don’t want cheese.
That’s like saying people watch horror movies because they want to die. The hell?
Honestly I don’t understand horror movies either. If I wanted to experience negative emotions I could just be myself, I don’t need to seek it out.
Feeling negative emotions is all part of being human.
Some people read and focus on world building. Some are more character focused.
Sometimes one seeks out negative emotions just to feel anything.
I cringe whenever I see people wanting to ship two undead characters to be quite honest.
Tholo x Anren, too.
okay i get you want to see LGBT couples. Thats not what the games about or even for, im sure there is a more fabulous version of wow out there for you.
That’s a bit . . . dark. I do get what you’re saying though.
Also sometimes it feels good to cry. Your tear ducts are literally ejecting sad causing chemicals out of you. To cry and feel even negative emotions is part of being human.
I’m very fulfilled in the relationship department. I just like how simple words can help someone understand something intimate between romances. Just like how I could be playing something scary video game wise and LOVE how something fictional can terrify me.
When it comes to horror it’s also worth adding I know plenty of people, myself included, who enjoy horror for the tense moments and anticipation of what’s to come.
I don’t actually associate it with a negative emotion. It’s closer to an adrenaline rush than anything else.
For me personally despite the name, I’m not actually truly terrified while playing or watching horror.
It’s a very similar reaction to certain…er…god I hate having to behave on the forums. -_-
How about, no…
Nothing at all wrong with that. I like a good cry myself, the craziest things make me cry though, not so much stereotypical sad stuff as like the wonders of existence or the true nature of time. I read a good piece that gets something I consider poignant or true across, I’ll tear up every time.
